If a man is born without the potential for a certain trait, i.e. physical attractiveness or intelligence, no amount of hard work will fix this because it is capped to a certain level.

You have the mistaken idea that women are infallible machines that assess a man's value by weighing every factor. In reality, what often happens is that they choose a good-looking guy who meets just a couple of basic criteria and then attribute all sorts of virtues to him.

It was shown that a short man must make six figures to compensate being 5 foot 5 while a 6 foot man had nothing to do.

Of course you're gonna say "what if the 6 feet tall guy is obese, schizophrenic, a loser with no job???" That only shows he has to be an absolute trainwreck to lose his GENETIC advantage.

In reality if you are tall and have good bone structure you don't have to do anything beyond basic grooming and be normal. The redpill lies are over

Yeah, I'd agree that what a man chooses to do with what he's got is more important than just what genetics he has, but that genetics do matter to some extent. Like tall men with sharp bone structures generally have it easier, but just being tall with a Chad jaw is not gonna make you wildly attractive to a ton of women if you're also fat and lazy.

Fyi my dad is really tall (6'3) but he's overweight, no muscle, has a mediocre income, is a total doormat, and dresses like a slob. Yes, he found happiness with my mom, but she's quite average (if not below if I'm gonna be brutally honest) and my dad's never had women falling for him left, right and center. That to me proves that genetics really isn't everything.

Likewise, men with bad genetics do have a chance to become, well maybe not a 10 by wider societal standards, but definitely an 8 or 9, if he just puts his back into it. And the men I've found attractive have been in all sorts of heights, with all sorts of bone structures, hair griwth patterns, etc, but they've all been confident, secure in themselves, financially secure, dressing well and getting haircuts that suit their faces and hair types.

So for me, I am absolutely overlooking crap genetics in favor of a healthy and positive attitude, charisma, social skills and a great sense of fashion. I'd much rather date a guy with 4/10 genetics but makes the most out of his life, than a guy with 10/10 genetics who's a total slob. Although I don't deny there are women with height criteria, penis size criteria, etc, those are not the kinda things I personally look for in a man.

Probably because I have crap genetics myself, so I know that when all you have is doing the best with what you've got, that has to be enough. And that might be why I'm drawn to men with crap genetics who put in a ton of effort to be attractive despite that. That in itself impresses me so much. And it's something I can relate to, look up to and feel inspired by as well. I'm allergic to defeatist mindset and that definitely extends to my dating preferences as well.

They'll never listen to this because people are allergic to effort and accountability. I have coworkers on blood pressure medication, eating Burger king everyday. People want the maximum results with least amount of effort if any. They'll deny the very laws of thermodynamics and say I'm just big boned, my metabolism.

Look at your favourite actors/actresses. Many of them take on roles that call for them to look not so attractive to fit the role of their character. Then some roles it will be the opposite where they look like demigods. These people look good because they put in effort to do so, and most of it isn't even that hard.

There are so many people walking around that would look amazing but utterly clueless when it comes to actually improving upon themselves physically. When I go to the gym 99% of people there are just bullshitting, then they tell you they go to the gym 5 days a week to spend 30 minutes lifting and 15 minutes on their phone.

I have friends who show up to bars with wrinkled shirts, no haircuts ....no skin care to speak of.

I remeber being in high school and community college and thinking to myself , how come girls don't like me. And because I lacked self awareness it didn't occurr to me because I looked like a bag of ass and those dudes were good looking. The reason why they look good is cause they put in effort to be so.
