For some people especially some blackpillers anger is not a phase, and they won't listen when you insist that they ought not to be angry. Some people will never get out, don't want to get out, and the best one can hope for is that they stew in it rather than externalize it to innocent people (thankfully most don't).

Even worse, the more "anger phase" is used as a shaming tactic by people who are clearly using it to criticize them, the more this tactic will ironically anger them. They're not stupid.

This is a CMV so I'm going to counter-argue.

TRP is a philosophy based on a fear of women (e.g. AWALT, hypergamy) and "self-defence" ("adopt these beliefs as a form of self-preservation")
Checking on women's dating forums is an act of fear and "self-defence"
Checking on women's dating forums is aligned with TRP philosophy Q.E.D.
