Listen, a lot of TRP stuff is used to make a girl ANXIOUS. It is manipulative to make her feel like you could leave at any time so she will do whatever she can to keep you. This is why TRP doesn't like LTR because the women almost always burn out and give up eventually. TRP bros basically want a woman to give their best and they take that and then move on to another woman. This whole thing with making women anxious or jealous is pretty psycho to me. Healthy relationships aren't like this, secure attachment style is not that hard if you're honest and not afraid of conflict, because everyone has disagreements. If you can navigate disagreements amicably, then you're in a healthy relationship.

I think that most of the time dread works is because the woman actually needs space and the man is smothering her with requests for sex. When he backs off she feels less pressure and is more willing to engage.

if these women were really trying to fuck you and making actual real moves on you, then she would be putting a big nope on that shit or she just doesn't give much of fuck whether you stay or go.

If these girls are getting around you because they like the pillows you sow or that you can share makeup tips then there isn't going to be much dread on her part...she has to have care whether you are there or not...and it sort of sounds like she is okay either way.

You might want to check if she actually likes you very much or not....make a couple of solitary plans with one of the these supposed girl wanting to be around you....something ambiguous, if she is like "yeh, okay, pick me up some tampons when you are finished, just don't wake me..", then you gotz some problems.

She's not scared you'll leave, she's just annoyed that the other women are trying it.

If you were being manipulative and suggesting that you're probably going to cheat on her, she'd either desperately try to save the marriage by making you happier, or leave. Either way, it would not be good for the long-term stability of the marriage, it's something that would work better if you didn't actually value the relationship (a lot of TRP is like that).

At the end of the day, respect/attraction from others is usually complimentary. A good thing. It's a datapoint in your favor.

Dread game has many faces, and just like the red pill fucked up -

My guess based on what little info you gave us is that you already have enough dread in the relationship and are probably applying too much. If you don’t lack attraction in your LTR applying too much dread can be the equivalent of failing a comfort test imo.

Notice how the first two thirds is what we call "passive dread". By that notice it's just a checklist to ensure are a functional male. Nothing about cheating, nothing about becoming Chad, It's simply a checklist to try understand what you might be lacking if you're having relationship problems. It includes such scandalous and manipulative topics like "get a life plan" and "improve your appearance".

Dread level eight is showing your wife you're capable of being flirty with other women. Not "hit on women at the grocery", but simple banter between you and the waitress. To get here you have already invested 8 months in being mindful of yourself and the relationship. 8 months of not cheating, of not going nuclear, of not divorcing. Spending 8 months to work on your half of the relationship.

If there still isn't any response after you being self aware and working for 8 additional months without any change to a relationship that was rocky at baseline, then you continue up the steps because you are done being passive.
