You cannot afford to be unkempt when you look like this. Like, this guy should brush his fucking teeth, shave, wear contact and wash those nasty greasy hair.

You don’t have to be a “foid” to get plenty of information about this guy and why he would be a horrible partner. The teeth is the number one thing. You don’t get that level of hard plaque without NOT brushing your teeth for large chunks of time. That combined with the facial hair and the greasy hair says that this guy can’t take care of himself. Seriously.
His structure and facial features are fine even if you want to nitpick and talk about the imperfect symmetry. if this dude has a decent personality and is willing to spend five minutes a day on himself he could get a date.

Hygiene generally = mental maturity and health.

Hell, as an employer I wouldn’t hire this guy. If he doesn’t care about himself how can I expect him to care about his job?

If this guy washed himself and brushed his teeth, trimmed his facial hair, got contacts, lost the goofy smile, and wore kind of an older south style of clothing he could do way better.

Luckily there are some easy fixes for this guy to at least go from “eww“ to average:

shave, especially wharever those fuzzy sideburns are supposed to be
brush teeth, wash hair and face
trim eyebrows
get better glasses contact lenses
wear different clothes
never EVER take pictures from this angle and with an open mouth ever again. It's about the most unfattering view you can give people of your face

Take another photo after a visit to the dentist for a cleaning, pruning those eyebrows, shaving the neck beard and stache, a diet until his face slims up, and crowd sourcing the money for rhinoplasty. I bet we can get a 4 or 5 out of this guy.

Get some Invisalign and better glasses or contacts. Use gel/pomade to lift the hair. Do facial exercises to cut the chub from the face. Give it 3 months and this guy’s SMV skyrockets by 250%.
