Short bio: TRP for about 3 years, LTR for 2, divorced, older millennial, never really had a problem with girls being attracted to me, grew up under a Feminist narrative and it basically ruined my life - yadda yadda for the old farts; QQ for the gamers; #snowflake for the alt-rights, and the wannabe SJWs.

Now, that being said, I should preface this with a story I heard on the radio. Not exactly proof positive or anything, but I like to set the tone.

There was this public radio reporter recalling a woman in his life he considered a friend who had since died. He and this older woman talked about just about everything. From the weather to relationships. And it was, of course, the latter that will be interesting to us. She had grown up during the depression. Every time he complained to her about his relationship(s), she was apt to remark that his romantic interest had nothing to complain about - he had a job and was able to take care of her. He did his best to explain his girlfriends had jobs and could care for themselves, but she would have nothing of it.

In my own relationship, now, I see flares of TRP's understanding of female nature, and then this - what I can only assume to be - understanding that good men are incredibly rare. It's this very real sense of scarcity.

Now, I have my faults. She is well aware of them. It's how she shrugs them off like they're nothing that bothers me. She's just now in her mid-20s, still in her prime, but she still polices her language around me, does "first-time" things with me, wants to be a SAHM but works two jobs to make it possible, kisses me every day whether it's good-bye or hello.

Now, what can I assume from this? My thought is that she learned at a young age, long before she knew me, that men - specifically Chads - typically use women. Now, so what? Well, she's kind of afraid of them. She has me do everything with her, because she doesn't want to be approached, and she doesn't want to feel afraid. Now, I'm not about to throw a burqa on her and call it a day, but it's exhausting.

Q4RP - is this the end game? Being a single parent with a woman-child? I get plenty of sex, and spinning plates was not that glamorous. In reality, I got bored of the constant diversity, if you can believe that. I'm leaning toward the lifestyles developed in Europe where they keep a woman to love, and a mistress for the lay.

Q4BP - I have achieved the rewards of both lifestyles. Got my life chewed up and spit out under the misandrous weight of civil government (and nearly criminal), and the sexist jurisprudence of our time. I used what TRP taught me and drank my fill. Now I've found that having the things Feminism promised me are fickle. Why does it feel as though I've gotten all the things I was taught to want, and now I don't want them? Maybe I didn't want equality, I only wanted equality when it suited me, and it seemed to have fit the golden rule; I was just told it was good. Now that I have it, I've found that no one actually wants it. In fact women seem to go out of their way to make things unequal in other areas if equality seems to have been hammered out in other areas, and God help you if you truly have no opinion on something. Why does equality not seem to be what women want?

It sounded a lot more insightful in my head, but do with it what you will.
