You can lose your "purity" in ways not even relating to sex. I get that men have some kind of subrational desire for a "pure" woman but it's a bullshit concept. No one is "pure" we're all fucktards. Purity is a poor choice of words, because it is subjective and applied inconsistently across genders. I think later in this thread, you described purity as innocence. A slight improvement, but falls into a different pitfall: NOBODY is innocent. Whether you are male or female, virgin or turbo slut, young or old, or even proclaimed to be "good," we are all imperfect.

I view virginity as a choice made to accelerate wisdom at the price of delaying companionship. This is something that either gender can choose. Deciding to label oneself or anyone else as pure or innocent because of this choice shouldn't factor in at all. What actually matters to male virgins is elevated far above such notions.

There's no "purity" aside from the fact that men care (a lot) about who their female SO's have slept with in the past. Women don't seem to care as much about their male SOs' histories, so there's no purity label slapped on male virgins.
