"I feel sad." is a complete sentence.

So, one thing I've noticed - and this is FAR from exclusive to men - is that so many of the posts here are basically just post hoc justifications for being mad at women (or men).

But let's be honest - typically, this is a male against female deal.

A lot of us will hide the ball under studies that we Google (or just ask AI now).

So much of the data and terms have been beaten to death to where you can find anything to back your point up.

There certainly are dire stats out there on things like male loneliness and singlehood that ARE new...

But what I'm getting at is... how useful is it to even spout off about so-called logic and data that's never even linked to 90 percent of the time?

what do you even do with it in your unique situation? because everyone's is different.

Sure, you could watch Red Pill videos for 4 days straight without sleeping...

Or you could just say "I'm single, I'm sad, I feel useless, and I'm exhausted." in about 5 seconds.

Why, as men, do we feel like we have to bring data with us to justify how we feel?

shouldn't it just stand on its own?
