Islamic Society / Red Piller similarities...

  • Anti or cynical of science and/or modernity
  • Fearful of female sexuality
  • Hatred of/towards promiscuous women
  • Against women having freedom, civil rights, being educated
  • More likely to focus on blaming rape victims for being raped
  • Anti-democracy, obsessed with rank/status/hierarchy/80-20
  • Virgin worshiping
  • Believe women are evil
  • Believe women are inferior
  • Believe women should be subservient to men
  • Anti multiculturalism, diversity
  • Believe they and only they represent TRUTH
  • Think western culture is corrupt/bad

What am I missing or do you think any of the similarities above are not accurate? What does this say about red pillers?

Red pillers, is quality of life better in Islamic theocratic societies or western democracies for most people?

What is with red pill and islam's obsession that female sexuality needs to be regulated, or is a problem if it's not regulated? Any red pillers want to distance themself from that line of thinking that is being more and more often proposed here by certain red pillers. Is that coming from an unrepresentative sample of crazier red pillers, or is that common red pill thinking?

edit: a red piller was kind enough to share his highly upvoted post on red pill on this topic, so red pillers read this post - http://np.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/23vgp1/religion_makes_sense/ - and tell me how the comparisons above are an unfair characterization of how many red pillers think.

notable comments from the above post...

"Getting maximum utility out of women's vaginas is almost a hallmark of traditional religions. So of course religious thought and RP thought are going to overlap in places - especially for RP men who want children and families."

"Feminists are absolutely right that religions institutions are for controlling women's sexuality. The problem is that when you don't control women's sexuality, here's what happens... (insert red pill made up myths and fear mongering)"

"This is what led me down this path. In looking for a potential partner for raising children it struck me that a traditionally religious girl is ideal. I want a good mother, not an empowered slut."

"Females need some type of external morality and ethics placed upon them, because they lack the ability to moderate themselves based on anything but their own emotions. To be fair, most men need this too."

"For me redpill thought boils down to this one line from the Bible: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. - Genesis 3:16 Bluepill and feminist thought are essentially contraventions of that order, but I've gone on long enough."
