I don't think objective value exists. A high value man is a man who has in abundance whatever it is you value. Could be money, self-respect, status, n-count, etc.

I would say a high value man is someone who adds value to other people's lives by being around them. They are fun to be around, they know shit, kinda like leadership skills I'd say.

A high value man is one that is developed all around, is highly masculine, has decent social skills, is successful, healthy physically and mentally, preferably has a strong family and is handsome.

Physical development meaning is fit and has sufficient strength.

Mental development meaning a healthy outlook on himself, humans, life, is emotionally mature.

Most of this basically tells a woman this man has good genes, has resources to ensure survival and desired lifestyle, and will be a good partner in life.

A high value man isn't the same as a man that a) she's going to fuck, b) she's going to marry/date. It's just a man who is broadly attractive.

Think like a top 40 song. Everyone kind of likes most top 40 hits.

That's what I get from the term 'high value man.'

What makes him into a high value man who gets to either a) or b) depends on her personal values/culture/shared interests and how he treats her.

What is a man?

It's sorta like asking "what is alpha" - everyone seems to have their own definition. Is he dark triad? Is he a role model for our youth? Is he rich and career successful? Is he thick with muscles sculpted from the gym?

"High value man" this will change from person to person as well, especially in a dating context since everyone has their ow preferences.

High value is subjective.

A high value man is someone who enough people have a subjective opinion on his value overlap sufficiently to conclude that this person is of high value.

Quite a few people have said that "high value" = has your preferred traits. I think that might be reasonable, but not very helpful, especially for the guys who struggle with women (or vice versa).

Although somewhat contentious, I think that a "universally" high value man can exist, or at least, possess many universally high value traits to at least make him "average value" at worst.

If fat, lazy neckbeardy-basement dwelling video gamers with crappy jobs are considered the rock-bottom of men, then maybe a starting point for "universally" high value is the avoidance of all of these negative traits.

So, a fit, well-groomed man who is self-sufficient and has a solid income, as well as something interesting to talk about or share, plus a good moral compass.

That's all I got.
