Makes me glad I telework. Sidesteps a lot of bullshit that way since any communications with female coworkers are recorded on my end, their end, and on the server itself. Could they still attempt an accusation? Sure, but the effort required to pass a minimum credulity barrier is that much higher and thus not worth the effort of trying it. Plus the effort required to engage in workplace banter is high enough that it is not regarded as odd when I communicate as little as possible with female coworkers to begin with.

I would not be surprised to see more companies convert to telework when possible in an effort to avoid shit like this.

Does anyone else in this thread work in SV or at Google? The statement that these snowflakes make (on average $500k) is close to true. There are lots of SWE's at Google making that kind of money.

Here's the thing about SJW's. Some of them can innovate, some of them are really smart programmers. Most of them are educated idiots. The Google takeover of SJW's is only sustainable if Google has built a strong enough foundation that the lack of hard working focused and fearless men (keep in mind Google was started and run by some real assholes) that they can fuck around and flounder and not destroy the company. I see this at many of my super-big clients. They could kick almost everyone out of the company and retain a "keep the lights on" crew and they'd make money in perpetuity.

Large successful companies fall prey to this kind of nonsense because they reach a certain level of growth and success in their ecosystem that they can tolerate bad managers and mediocre employees. Such is life as the 800lb apex predator.

My hope is, these SJW's will absolutely destroy Google and render it unable to innovate and we will have the biggest case study in "SJW's considered harmful".
