TL;DW: Steven Crowder sets up on campus and has an open debate regarding sex and gender. The males keep their cool. The females don't.
In this video, Steven sets up a booth on a college campus to discuss and debate the idea that sex and gender are different, and that gender is a social construct. The first guest to take a seat, a male, (there I go assuming gender, again), disagrees with Steven, but they have a productive and civil discussion, even sharing a handshake at the end of their talk. These two guys would probably go out for beers and watch some sports together, all while respecting each others' differences.
At 5:40, a woman enters the video, wearing a red shirt and checkered pants. She is obviously very upset and, not surprisingly, is emotionally triggered by his setup and the words written on the banner.
She is not interested in healthy discussion and debate, nor would she even be capable of it due to her emotional state. At 6:11, she interrupts the debate, in an attempt to shut it down, questioning whether or not he has the right to be there. Unfortunately for her, Steven does have permission to be there.
At 9:18, another person interrupts. Surprise, surprise: it's a female, and she is visibly upset and emotional. She is opposed to his ideas, which is fine, but she makes bizarre points, such as calling "gender mislabeling" via using the wrong pronoun is actually an "act of violence." I would assume someone like her is open to people being arrested for calling someone the wrong pronoun, which is outrageous and dangerous.
At 24:33, a male speaks up and calmly and rationally asks Steven a brief question about expounding upon calling mislabeling an "act of violence." No harm there, and the discussion continues.
But then, at 25:50, we are again amazed to see that an emotionally upset female interrupts to criticize the setup of the discussion, demanding that he hand his own microphone, that he himself purchased, over to the female he's speaking with. She also wants to transform the discussion into a multi-person conversation, similar to The View, rather than a one-on-one where you can actually get some work done. Thankfully, Steven holds frame and stands his ground, refusing to alter the format of the discussion or to hand over his personal property to her.
The discussion continues, and he needs to scold the guest for continuously interrupting him while he's speaking. He eventually bids her farewell, states he's sorry that they couldn't find common ground, and that his mind remains unchanged. Steven wishes to keep it civil and, to show appreciation for her time, he goes to shake her hand. Predictably and stereo-typically, her emotions are boiling over and, at 32:38, she refuses to shake his hand.
She hates Steven, and wants others to hate him as well, simply because he holds different views than her. People like her are dangerous, and should not ever be in positions of power.
At 33:00, a man sits down, named Thurman.
Let's observe.
Shortly before they begin their discussion, Madison speaks up, and states that she's still angry that Steven called her the wrong pronoun. Steven brushes her off, and the conversation with Thurman begins.
Thurman disagrees with Steven, and they have almost a 20-minute discussion. He remains calm and collected the entire time. To conclude, they shake hands to applause from the crowd as Steven thanks him for a productive discussion. They may not have changed each other's minds, but, again, they could easily go have a beer together at the end of the day and coexist peacefully, setting their differences aside.
Thurman walks off, and at 48:56, a woman enters the shot. Wow, I can't believe it - she's emotional, upset, and calls Steven "scum," says "fuck you," and flicks him off before storming away, filled with rage. She, too, chooses to hate rather than actively working to change his mind.
It is videos like this that make me realize how dangerous it might be for many women to become mayors, or senators, or even the President of the U.S. one day. The majority of women seem to be completely incapable of coexisting with others who do not agree with their views of the world, and choose to actively hate those who are different in thought. They want debate shut down, immediately, or silenced with insults and possibly even violence.
Make sure any female candidate you wish to vote for is not a walking stereotype first
Most men are capable of calm, rational discussion and can even make friends with a person all while disagreeing
Most women are not good at controlling their emotions, and therefore they make decisions mostly based on emotions, and not on logic
