Vetting and keeping control of your relationship and family. The fight is not in the court, it's in your relationship. It's fair to say that marriage 2.0 in the West is unfair to men. That doesn't justify not marrying at all or giving up on having children. I'm not a marriage/LTR advocate. I'm myself in one (soon to be married) and I know a handful of shitheads in relationships that have their asses handed to their LTR/Wives like a good beta husband. I'm aware I'm not one of them and also I'm aware of the traps that could get me in the same or worse situation, and it's my responsibility to not fall into that trap. Falling into a trap once gives you experience, but keep falling into the same trap is foolishness.

This is from an earlier thread. It's a great post, but not for it's content. The perfect illustration of how difficult theredpill is to swallow, most men will never get it.

A woman can divorce a man for any reason, the only way to guarantee not getting divorced is not getting married in the first place.

Stop believing in unicorns. One you're married you're already in the trap. You will give your woman power over you, end of story. You will gain very little from the marriage, and you stand to lose a lot.

Kids, NEVER be this guy. It is one thing to be a naive man who gets married because he has no clue, but this guy knows that men can get divorce raped, knows that 50 % of marriages end in divorce, that 97% of alimony receivers are women, 90 % child custody goes to women, yet he will still go through with it. He is a tool.

The redpill is difficult to swallow, most will never be able to. It's a healthy thing for a man to have an ego, but when you think you are something special, that the rules don't apply to you, you're in for a a rude awakening. Many men, like the guy who wrote that post, think they are too good to be cheated on, or that their wives are unicorns. Newcomers, don't be this tool. Don't negotiate with the truth, accept it.

We don't often discuss the fact that as men, we have to either make a ridiculous gamble or sacrifice. Breading is what every animal wants to do, it is a big part of life. Giving up the idea of having offspring is a massive sacrifice. Yet on the other hand, getting married can be your downfall. Throughout history, men have never faced this dilemma.

This is truly the hardest pill to swallow, forget all this women's nature crap. That shit is easy to accept, and move on from. You have to either give up your biggest biological imperative, or you can go to a roulette table and put your assets and hard earned money on red, and hope they doesn't land on black.
