If the CSA paternity test proves it isn't yours, I assume payments cease, but do you get any kind of restitution? Probably not but worth talking to a solicitor about.

Paternity Testing should be mandatory.

That way you don't have to ask for it.

If your name is on the birth certificate there ought to be DNA proof it's correct otherwise you should not have your name associated with a bastard baby.

These are crimes that should be prevented.

And it's very easy these days with modern technology.

They chose a random elementary school and did their testing. The problem is, the results were bunk because FOURTY FUCKING PERCENT OF THE CHILDREN WERE NOT THEIR FATHERS AND THE FATHER HAD NO IDEA. I think with these doubts, you have to get the test done, and which ever way it turns out, it will help you move forward.

While I haven't gone through what you have, I can identify with not seeing your children and the pain that comes from that.

Just make sure the sample is collected and tested in a manner which is admissible as court evidence. There are for information only test, which are cheap, and then there are the more expensive tests that are admissible as evidence of the court (USA).

Don't want to tip your hand by getting a test that can not be used in court only to have someone then try to use the court to block you from getting a better sample. Get the correct test the first time.

How can a man, doubting the heritage of the "bastard" hes paying for, ever be in peace?

Paternity Tests are a great way to empower men in the "battle of the sexes", yet not only is it not mandatory, as it should be, but in some places either forbidden or just ignored by courts.

Which man would be content with a court decision that makes him pay for someone elses child? that someone must Breakfast an AFC Meal, have some Beta for Lunch and go to bed with a strong dose of Blue Pill.

Paternity Tests should be automated. It should be done at the earliest moment medically possible. If its not your child you should have ZERO liability towards it. In fact, the man should be compensated for the infidelity of his wife and the wife punished according to law (the same way the law would punish a man, let equality do some good for a change ey?)

When she breaks out in tears and the courts are "softened" by it, its no justice. When the courts ignore the individual rights of the parents in favor of the child, its no justice (not to say we should punish kids, they are of course innocent by nature but the government must take responsibility not the equally innocent individual).

The funny thing is, I am not even misogynistic by proposing an automated paternity test. In fact, I "reward" virtuous and honest women with a way to bind the father from the get go. When the biological father has a written, genetic proof of his parenthood, he will be more willing and ready to pay for the child then when he is in a constant state of doubt.

Sure, this will fuck up women who like to take the "Tiger" into their Beds while marrying the "Donkey" to pay for it but please do try and tell me they dont deserve it.

I think vasectomy is the way to go. Bank sperm when young and healthy in case you may want children. Keep getting sperm tests every year to make sure there was no recanalization. If hit with a paternity suit attack it proactively. Much easier to argue that you're not the father before birth with a valid zero sperm report. Keep a lawyer on file who specializes in this field. I believe if a woman knows before birth there is no chance a child is able to be attributed to a particular man, there will be less fraud or lawsuits. The worst situation is to react after the birth, now there's a child to worry about.

In fact, I truly believe as DNA testing becomes ubiquitous, it may change social and legal mores. Many health insurance companies would love to have universal DNA screening, many potential health problems are coded in our DNA. The new American Health Care Act actually opens this possibility. Health insurers would love to know who to avoid writing a policy to. But Imagine the unintended social earthquake if after there was required DNA testing a sizable cadre of children had misattributed paternity.

This is why government is incredibly inefficient. Cost without government intervention far less than £1k, cost with government £20k. But hey, lets put health care in the governments hands, that'll surely be more cost effective.
