From a RP perspective this is at the heart of sexual strategy.

Men are the disposable sex. This has been true for millennia. The primary reason why is that within a young woman are a finite chances at additional humans to propagate the species. Men can produce infinite amounts of sperm. Therefore from a strict logical perspective, men are disposable because they are so easily replaceable.

This is why hypergamy exists. Women have evolved to filter for quality males. This just proves in a nutshell, why TRP is so important.

The universe disposes with all of us after a relative brief period. We're all going to die. What's unique for men is that there are subtle, insidious ways that society and others will leech upon your hard work and use you up, only to discard you and shatter the "reward" you thought you were working towards. A perfect example is the coal miner who makes mediocre money, has to quit his job in his 50s due to health problems, and has discovered his insurance cannot actually be fucked to pay for any of the shit and he can't exactly fight against their legal teams. His specific ailment is simply not covered.

Or the military guy who returns from his service injured and the veteran care is shit, his wife is taking the house, and he cannot get any real lucrative employment as a injured vet since he has no education and cannot do security and whatnot due to his injury. No one gives a fuck now, go beg on the highway like some piece of trash because half of the incoming checks and retirement won't be shit in comparison to the child support / alimony / medical bills.

These are the extreme examples, but you can find this type of "forced martyrdom" and leeching off of male sacrifice / labor in all areas of your life if you look. When all is said and done, when you factor in how much more expensive everything is that we buy because of taxes, as well as how much is taken straight out of your check (and how out of control property tax is in some areas), you effectively get 1/2 or less of your actual income.

The health insurance you pay is jacked the fuck up because you are risk-averaged with a nation of lardass, carb-guzzlers who gobble up whatever the food industry churns out, until they need everything big pharma churns out.

You, as a healthy male who eats healthy, works out, and so on, will "carry" the system, getting the shit end of the deal, while the lardasses with 123123 health problems throughout their lives get extreme efficiency out of insurance.

There is no real choice. I don't want to get hauled up for tax evasion and I don't want to live in some commune in the wilderness. 50% after all the bullshit is done is better than 0%.

Men working hard and spending their whole lives caught up in some consumer lifestyle working a corporate job they hate carry the nation. Similar to beta bucks, alpha fucks - your stable type guy enables our system to work, while the alphas basically run train on society and reap the great rewards (as long as they don't get caught in foul play, but even then they can usually tip toe out of trouble).

So what to you do?

The only way, the absolute ONLY WAY, that participating in this society seems worth it to me (and this is just MY opinion, someone else may find a lot of dignity in their 9-5 middle class life, and great for them) is if you reach the TOP. The climb is everything; reaching the top means being the exploiter not the exploited. It means having the power to actually protect yourself from all the ways society impels you to sacrifice yourself for the "greater good". The ladder, as Baelish says, is the only thing that gives beauty to our fucked up, ruined society.

Doesn't that concept extend beyond the male / female divide, to what society perceives as valuable / less valuable men. ie wealthy and influential men are undeniably afforded more freedoms and shown more leniencies, than poorer and less influential men.

Men need to identify as a separate political entity just as women do in order to prevent their exploitation. Ya know i was watching a feminist video and she was talking about this. I thought she made a valid point, what do yall think ?

Basically she states that men are disposable and women really are not. She states this from a biological sense in regards to repopulation. According to her, a nation cannot repopulate if there are very few women however a small group of men can easily help repopulate a nation, assuming women are doing their baby making job. She goes on the state that society does indeed value a female life more but it stems from an antiquated time where men were killed by the thousands in a single battle instead of an entire war. BTW she states shes a feminist but she is hated by them and seems to make some sense in the few videos ive seen.

So a womans worth in society is created by mere existance while a mans worth in society is earned through blood sweat and tears. Opinions ?

The thinking that women's lives need more protecting came from so early on it probably doesn't have a date. It would make sense for early humans to keep the women at home and let the men hunt and possibly die in tribal fights and such. Imagine a tribe with 50 men and 50 women that is at war with another:

Nearly everyone goes to war. Fifteen men die and 25 women die (their bodies just make them worse warrior). For the next year, the tribe can only bear 25 children tops.
Only the men go to war. 20 of them die before coming home. The tribe can still produce 50 children this year

So, due to our respective reproductive cycles, men have become more expendable than women because of their wombs. This has continued to be this way thoughout history.

That said, the point to which it came to these days is just ridiculous, especially in the criminal part. Don't you guys have some sort of law to ensure the same crime recieves the same sentece for black/white people or rich/poor people? Why isn't there a similar law for men/women?

Yes, men are perceived by society as less valuable. It's probably even part of our DNA because back in the prehistoric days it was less tragic for a tribe to lose half of its men as opposed to half of its women because of the reproductive differences in the genders (not to mention that from a genetic perspective it's not a bad thing when less capable men died, unable to pass on their inferior DNA).

But is this a reflection of the truth? Are men the less valuable sex? Men built computers, discovered and split the atom, and put one of their own on the moon. While women are valuable just for being fertile and being female; us men have the potential, necessity even to become valuable through our actions and accomplishments. Without action our DNA and lifeline will cease to exist.

I'd bet we would become frail and meek if we were constantly being rewarded with free stuff and attention from the opposite sex without having done anything to deserve it other than having a penis (and not being massively overweight).

Just look at who women value. Women will gladly screw over betas or other women to get on the alpha's good side. Women just get so much special treatment due to all the beta influence in the media.

If any of you have ever worked in a big office environment going through hard economic times, you've probably seen the pattern already. First, the betas get fired, then the low tier eye candy, then the inept hot females, and finally the alphas all get to keep their jobs. Yep, the average woman's life is more important than the average male's life in every society (except in post-war situations where the sex ratio is massively skewed).

Women don't own men. But the average woman has more value than the average men. This is something that is intrinsically understood by everyone. There's a reason that both men and women alike will prefer to save a random woman over a random man, and it's not socialization.

While the value of the average man is less than the value of the average woman, the potential value of a man far outweighs the potential value of a woman. Men hit the ends of the bell curve in most tests and most traits. Men make up the vast majority of millionaries, and the vast majority of the homeless and prison populations. You were born as the 'riskier' sex, assuming you are male. It's no more an injustice than the fact that women have periods, and have to deal with the physical ramifications of pregnancy while you don't.
