30 yo, 4 kids, married 7 years. I've known wife for 12 years, been a basic typical dadbod beta faggot thru all those years. Swallowed the Red Pill on Jan 4, 2017 and have been lifting, reading the sidebar literature, lurking on these subreddits, and following RP accounts on twitter (most notably Rollo and FA) since that day.

So far I've dropped 13 pounds of fat, lost inches of waist, pants keep sliding, muscles are beginning to show thru after being hidden behind manboobs and a spare tire.

Getting constantly shit-tested about my self improvement efforts especially the muscles, I enjoy them and have a lot of fun with A+A. Can't imagine using AM at this point, my unmasterful and unamusing history of betaness can't allow it this early in the journey.

I have a question regarding boundary enforcement. In the past 3 years, arguments between us seem to escalate too far into disrespectful territory. Up until RP, i'd often be the cause of the fight, whining about this or that logistical problem etc. I would take disrespectful shit like personal insults on the chin and feed it back at her. Never felt good about it. We havent had a big one since RP, until yesterday.

It's been snowing for 3 days, so with going in and out of the house often, the most logical thing for me to do with my heavy winter coat is hang it over a chair in the dining room. That way its closer to the door than if I would bring it to the coat hook every time. That seemed to piss her off immensely and she went off on a screaming rampage (not PMSing yet) I stayed calm and did some experimenting with frame management. Told her to speak respectfully or else I'd head out for a while. Coat ended up being thrown down the stairs to the basement. (I told her in the past I would not tolerate that kind of disdain for my shit) so I told her "now that you got that outta your system, you will go pick up my coat and bring it back upstairs to the chair."

It's been 24 hours and it's still down there. I went to work without it today.

Question: at what point do I remind her to go get my coat? And in what way should I say it?

Or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
