Found the post you're talking about and the things they describe both in the post and the top upvotes comment are NOT red pill guys they were with. They were insecure wannabe dominate men. Or just douchebags that may claim redpill. Actual red pill is not going to be constant interruptions or insecurity etc. Its about a man being confident and happy enough in his own life and knowing red flags with a partner and what does and doesnt make a good partner when you're ready.

Long story short that post wasnt about a red pull guy from what I can tell.

After going through the top comments, it appears that a lot of them don’t even know what Trp is. They equate it with being rude and misogynistic. They don’t see it as a praxeology that uncovers female nature and gives men a working and adaptive knowledge of how to navigate intersexual dynamics.

Redpill means whatever the fuck people on here want it to mean. To leftists and most women it's purely about sexism. To people on this reddit it's purely about looking at the reality of gender relations and how to actually thrive in the sexual marketplace. In it's origins on 4chan it's a blanket philisophical term meaning to unplug from the established narratives and programming and absorb the truth regardless of how unpopular or against the grain the idea is, true objectivity. This covers everything from race, history, economy, gender relations, political ideology, media, whatever.

But on Reddit it has been diluted to be nothing but "muh men vs wom*n"

A lot of TRP is common sense/wisdom that people have known for a long time, just not by the name TRP. Being physically and mentally fit, confident, successful, and having an abundance mindset is attractive. None of this is offensive or controversial. I don’t think most people would associate this with TRP tho and would think of it as just common sense.

I do think TRP has became more known because of the rise in internet use and menenist movements. But outside the internet I never hear people talking about it.

Also what strategy is there to keep secret? None of it is a secret- being fit, confident, and successful is attractive. If you need game to attract mates you’re SMV isn’t high enough and you should hit the gym or read a book.

I have no doubt that at some point their bfs or guys they dated looked up some stuff about red pill and digested it for an hour or a day or a month. But there is a BIG difference between red pill aware, and acting on it correctly. Acting based on the things TRP teaches literally goes against most instincts men have, and against virtually everything taught to men from the time they were little kids. So were some of their horror stories from men that read the red pill? Sure. What are the odds that their boyfriends mastered one of the hardest things I've tried to internalize in my life (35 year old Berkeley Mechanical Engineering grad, so not a retard)? Very low.

Men could easily write countless posts in response to "Men, tell us your negative experiences with dating a woman" and it would read like a bigger horror story than that thread could ever be.

recently a bit more than usual like with youtubers aba and preach, but not as main stream to where this will get nuked. We were hot news a few years ago, but the red pill itself is very underground compared to a lot of other movements. Most mgtow and incels get labeled as being the same as red pilled banner, but this subreddits red pill is very much not main stream. Most do basically say red pill is very sexist and degrading to women, but never read a single post about the red pill or the main founders like rollo. Mainly its because Rooshv was basically a pick up artist and this sub reddits part of is is very much not a part of it.

Originally it was more and idea to challenge a lot of main stream ideas on how the world operated and that perhaps not everything we've been taught by the system of society was correct. This went into a lot of other communities that people no a days throw together for almost any number of people.

If you're wondering about how much ideas from this subreddit pop up, its a mixed bag. Sometimes people come by it honestly, others see it from here ,but it is slowly becoming to where a lot of guys are starting to notice some of these elements about smv and so on even if it is common sense.

As for the post I gave it a read an it seems like the author didn't understand the term " you can't negotiate attraction" as something fairly negative instead of the idea that you can't really convince someone who isn't attracted to you to be attracted to you and that you should next them if they aren't going your way. Basically you can't make someone attracted to you is the way the idea is as I've understood it, but you can better yourself.

I will say that there are assholes who take up the red pill banner and make a bad name for the rest, even to the point of even worse pills being made like the glorious pill or black pill.

I will agree that negging doesn't work most of the time as much as teasing from the comments. Even the side bar required reading says not to put down women to sleep with you.

Mostly though it seems as though a lot of them try to equate red pill with being hateful towards women on a hyperactive level then a bunch of guys sharing tips on how not to get stuck in the ruts a lot of guys deal with. This community has its ups and downs but i'd say its been positive for me. Overall it's not that main stream but when it does appear mainstream it definitely gets a very bad rap. I've read a lot of stuff here and it does go iinto edgy territory, but its more like grandpa telling you how to take a girl out edgy than 4 chan edgy.

All in all red pill can mean a lot, but to the mainstream it is associated with sexism and racism rather than dating and life advice you see here.

Those are my thoughts on it.

Welcome to a world where a woman's victim mentality and cry for social equality is just a massive power play (90% of the time) to change the course of socio-sexual dynamics. Yes, women have definitely had it tougher when it comes to equality in the workplace or other basic human rights, but now it's just out of hand. It's not much different to the racism witch hunt in America- media making it seem like everyone white is racist when it's about ,001% of the population (and racism towards other races isn't even a priority).

Women control social media platforms and reddit is one of them, simply the men here don't really care enough to employ social strategies to win it back (and we don't have herd mentality the way women do).

Think of it as just one massive shit test tbh- I've never taken anything a woman has ever said seriously. I pick and choose my battles. We live in a world where women can gang up and shame you into oblivion for any sliver of a personal vendetta and blanket it with all encompassing words like sexism, misogyny, and the like. We've lost the battle as men already on social media platforms so don't waste your energy here. And yes, it truly is a battle. Since the dawn of time, it's been described as a "lovely violence."

All that really matters is real life- and when your girlfriend is hitting me up at 3am without telling another soul simply because her current boyfriend is too big of a cuck and then taking it up the ass from me at the local park, that's when she's really exposed. And that's all that really matters at the end of the day. Let women enjoy their social rants and fake power plays on the internet lol
