These are really good.

Some are optional, some are essential - like looking people in the eye. Use your eyes. Don't simply look her in the eye (well, do if you have a problem with this). Use the timing of the look, the facial expression you have when looking, the thing you're imagining when you look... it's a deep field. Eyes are your best and subtlest weapon. Great post.

I do agree that you should be comfortable around beautiful women, but I remember when I started out and I read tips like that. It made me get in my head even more saying "oh shit I need to act cool and comfortable" when I actually was around beautiful girls. That became a problem.

You should be comfortable around everyone! Beautiful girls, ugly girls, sketchy strangers, good friends, your boss...everybody!

"Demands respect"

I would amend this to Commands respect, and there's a distinct difference. Demanding something of others is inherently needy, there's an implication of urgency that takes it beyond politeness. "I must have it from you now, I need it."

When you command respect, attention, whatever, it is given without being asked for. Others see you of deserving such things by nature, and they do not feel pressured or required to give them. It should be obvious why this is preferred.

Maybe you'll call this semantics, but I think the distinction is important.

Strong Opinions and Expressing Them

This was a big turning point for me. It's my belief this value gains respect from others as it shows you've got a backbone. I look down on those who seem so fluid they can change their values just to agree with someone else.

Having strong opinions and expressing them also leads to more engaging conversation. It's a relationship builder when done correctly. Never be afraid of someone disagreeing because even if you're wrong, you'll be wiser for having corrected yourself.
