It's my understanding that this technique is commonly used in therapy for people with anxiety, low self-esteem and even addiction. So, even though it seems a bit "WooWoo" it might work well for many people.

Love it. I actually started doing this when i was tripping on mushrooms. Idk why i started, i think it went something like “man sometimes it feels like kid me is still there, man i bet he’s lonely.. i’ll give him some love” nd i imagined kid me along side me nd I just gave him love. And it felt amazing, i started crying tears of happiness. Ive been doing it ever since, such a beautiful thing to do. Maybe weird for others but it really did help. I actually started picking up things i wished i coulda done as a kid, like archery cuz i always wanted to be like Link using a bow. Id recommend it.

the second point is extremely important. i feel like the only reason why we even need this sub is because all of the stimuli and garbage we've been exposed to and fed ourselves fucked us up and pulled us away from our normal, natural selves which should be able to attract women without any effort.

every time i post about this in this sub, no one cares. but i feel like it's so critical. kill everything that kills you (unhealthy food, binging on social media, video games, porn, false achievement), get back to the core of who you always have been all along, and you won't need to visit this sub ever again.

Really interesting post man. I will try that. My childhood was kinda bad, the people that were taking care of me, they were physically abussing me with a belt or with their hands almost everyday. My mother now understands why I was really shy in my childhood. Now I am waaay better, enjoying meeting people, being better by year with females even if I don't really approach if I met them face-to-face and have a lot of time to speak with them I can make a really good connection with most of them. I'm being proud.
I don't know why I told you that, but I feel better now.

I will give a big try to your post.

Stuff like that's pretty toxic in itself. No one "deserves" another person or his or her time. In fact, no one "deserves" anything. When guys start focusing on what they do and don't deserve they mostly end up depressed, which will exacerbate and then perpetuate the whole low self-esteem self-worth problem. I've seen so many guys go down this hole and lose their shit that it's not even funny.

There's no "I deserve this girl, I don't deserve that girl." You simply encourage people to meet you and like you. Because if you truly think you "deserve" a woman or her time, you'll flip out when you inevitably get rejected by some women. That's basically what "niceguys" do.

I suffer from PTSD. Depression, Anxiety, and ADD. Have had the first 3 for most of my entire life and the later my whole life. I did something very similar to this exercise to relive and work through traumatic moments in my childhood where my life was in danger. Very helpful and not all bullshit. Just a side note tho as others have said you don’t deserve to touch a woman’s breast lol. I’m going to give the OP the benefit of the doubt and assume this was just worded poorly and doesn’t think it’s okay to just touch women’s body w/o consent, or to feel entitled to a yes answer for sexual/ romantic inquiries. But the confidence to say you are a worthy romantic partner or that you have a chance to get a yes or that you are valuable whether or not you get a yes is fine!
