You can approach anywhere in campus.

You should try indirect as a first line like: “hey excuse me, do you know where is the cafeteria? oh thanks! what’s your name by the way, i like your vibe. Marta that sounds spanish? Oh you are french? god, i hate you already… Nah just kidding…” and so on. Add some teasing to mess with her, after you asked the indirect question.
Spend at least between 5 to 10 mins talking with her before you try to escale things.
Don’t go for a number, instead find out what she is doing later today, and try to go for a casual date or hangout that same day if she is not doing much. If she accepts then get her instagram or number to be able to reach out to each other later for the plan you have agreed.

Simply don't treat it as a cold approach. Ofc if you're see a random person on the street you have to get to the point at some point because otherwise you never gonna see her again but collages or other work places don't work like that where you see the same people over and over again. What you should do instead is be a friendly cool guy who's socializing with everyone but directly don't hit on everyone. You can tease or flirt but at these kind of places always be a cool social guy first and sexual second

Easiest are in classes and clubs. But the majority of my lays are from cold approaching. Aim for the most attractive ones. Cheerleader, sorority, or model types tend to be better for cold approach since they don't get approached much. Average women get way too many guys after them so you'll just end up having to do the same amount of work. If you are not even the least bit nervous then you are not approaching hot enough girls. Then again this is just my personal experience, if I were too approach a tall blond girl that most guys find intimidating or the average chick I'd always end up having better and quicker results with the hotter girl.

Just be yourself. Definitely do a little research & find out if they're in a relationship first. Then if they're not just talk about something that you think they're interested in. Definitely don't mention anything sexual, that's a huge turn off for girls & they'll think you're creepy. This is from someone that has been with several different girls. They've told me that they were creeped out when guys mention anything sexual right off the bat. Good luck to you.

Your more likely to get a girl in a class on paper, but due to the shear volume of women outside I recommend doing both, to prevent things from getting awkward I usually only go after women who give me IoI’s in class, while just going on whoever in public I think is cute

Social clubs and fraternity life can be good, but if going that route you need to make sure 1. you actually vibe with the guys in there 2. and they actually go out and have sorority sisters, I joined rushed into one ASAP due to frats being big on my university campus but to my dismay learned it was nothing but gay guys who hung out all day and never went out, once you activate into one you can’t join another, so make sure to do your research, also don’t force yourself into these places if you don’t like them you don’t like them move on, your in CC right now so if your in the US keep this in mind if you go there, as most social clubs on CC’s are not that good usually

Parties and bars are the best places for approaching when nighttime, with bars being the best on average due to the venue being quality and not being some shitty crampt house party

Throwing parties can be amazing too, but don’t let guys on here tell you it’s the end all be all as they can get pricey and you can get people that trash your place as well so keep that in mind

As an European I am not really familar with the US college life but when thinking about my own unversity life I would say that social game could work the best. You should have plenty of girlst to talk too before and after class.

Do you guys also have some events organisted by the college. Like college sport groups or other activties where students can do stuff together? If so it would also be a good chance.

Cold approach is also not of the table of course. But you need to confident enough to brush off any rejection smoothly. If you fail in bad way it could raise the negative attention of other students and make you look like a fool. But it depends on the size of the college of course.

If your community college is really big, it would not matter that much.

You can mix it all up, but I would suggest to get involved in student's life and social parties. Hitting too much on chicks from your main group may get you sometimes into pretty awkward situations.

I'd just be direct. Here's what I'd do: Approach a girl you're interested and ask for the time, when she gives you the time, then say "I know this is random but I also thought you were cute and wanted to say hi." She will then do/say whatever she does or says and then you say "Well, aren't you gonna tell me I'm cute too?" Then she'll say whatever she says, then you extend your hand and introduce yourself "I'm (your name)". If she says she has a bf or w/e at any point during the interaction, you have two options: you can either tell her "that's cool, I'll be your man friend" (obviously a joke) OR just kinda be like "oh, okay, well high five!" and high five her and leave. Since you're young you can still do fun goofy shit like that without it being weird. Hope this helps.
