That's interesting but, it would be good to mix it up and see what happens if you keep the personality but with a more average dude and then switch it again where you keep the good looks but make the profile essentially blank.

This will give more insight into which elements has the most impact or if it really is the combo.

How much does "travel" sharply increase your matches?
How much does "cooking"

What photos increase your matches?

Do certain activities help?
Portraits?
With groups?
Dogs
Cats

If you want this information to be useful you have to start being exacting and recording information, then you should start applying this information to a person who ISN'T a model and see if your information is useful.
