So I recently read a book about rejection. It was really eye opening to me because so many people especially men are habitually single and wondering why. What if I told you that you don't stop approaching women until you get a yes.

To many times men let a rejection from someone they built up to liking and never expressed. When you do finally express it you're automatically going to be put in the friendzone cause you didn't show her anything (emotional connection). Many times that crush we really liked can make you want to go back in a hole and put your dating life on hold.

Don't do it. Approach , approach, approach. Learn to accept rejection as an opinion and not a truth about yourself.

Learn to focus on the process of meeting and building a connection in the moment, don't make women your goal. As men we aren't always taught how to deal with our interpersonal issues, women franky have an advantage at this. Learning to enjoy the process and realize those past rejections were opinions and not truths.

Also a secret nobody is gonna tell you. There are women interested in you now. Women that you would be attracted to you and you to them but you have to be first. You have to approach first, you have to put yourself out there. But enjoy it. Everyone has funny stories about being rejected, dating, weird sex. Don't worry about making mistakes because mistakes end up being good stories for your dates.

Last thing men we have to learn to speak women's language and that is turning off part of our logical brain and turning on the emotions. In an easy way to describe this is be playful, childlike(not immature). Remember who you were before all your responsibilities, those are the people women want to get to know. Not the idea of ourselves we've been trying to live up too, but who we are and what motivates us.

Hope somebody finds a gem within their post, just remember to be you and make dating about the process and not the result. You will have alot more fun and alot more stories the more chances you take.
