Hey guys.

So I had another OK Cupid date last night. Met up at a wine bar and talked about her daddy issues for a while.

At the end of the time we spent at the wine bar, it was very ambiguous to me where the night was heading. I decide to propose a venue change to see how things progress.

"Hey, let's move this party elsewhere. The bar next door looks cool."

We sit down and have a drink.

Ramping up kino a bit, I knew I had to just make a move already.

"I'll walk you home. It's the gentlemanly thing to do, or something."

We get back to her place and she says "You can come hang out for a while. Just don't think that guarantees you anything."

Suuuuuuuuuuure it doesn't ;) ;)

Anyway, I've realized I have nearly a 100% f-close on the first date ratio lately. So this advice is for guys who have trouble closing at this point...

Channel Alec Baldwin from Glengarry Glen Ross: "ALWAYS BE CLOSING."

Seriously, all you need to do is be somewhat interesting, maintain your frame, and CLOSE! Get creative, make excuses to bring her back to your place, or to walk her back to her place... Say you need to use the bathroom. Whatever it takes.

The difference between f-closing on a first date and going home with blue balls simply boils down to manning up and pushing things in the direction you want!

So next time you're on a mediocre first date, just propose a venue change and offer to walk the girl home. In 90% of situations, that's all it takes.

Go and do likewise, gents.
