I wrote in another thread about inner game and a couple sedditors wanted me to write some more about inner game. Everyone has confidence deficiencies, some more than others. Here are some tips to cover them up.

Always Take the Blame There are times when you will fuck up, please always take the blame for it. You should be the first to day that, "it was my fault". Learn from the mistake and move on. Don't cry about it. Showing that you were at fault early on in the situation displays maturity and confidence in that you can recover quickly.

Have an Opinion Don't shrug your shoulders when asked something. Don't say, "Whatever" or "I don't care". As a man you should be comfortable with disagreeing with others and others doing the same. No one is going to judge you based on where you want to get drinks at.

Hold Eye Contact This seems so rudimentary, but it's probably one of the most important items on this list. It's simple, eye contact manifests a very strong aura of confidence. It displays that you have no need to rationalize what you want. You know what you want.

Work out. Buy nice clothes. Eat good food. Pamper yourself to these things. You deserve the best, because you’re worth it. You want to show this to the world. Reddit has excellent resources for things like this /r/fitness /r/malefashionadvice /r/cooking

Less than 100% is OK Sometimes in life you won’t be sure about something. You’ll be 75% sure or 80% sure. It doesn’t matter, answer it as if you were 100% sure. Don’t pause, inflect or break eye contact. If you’re wrong it’s ok, you’re human, but then look at my first point.

Censor your Reaction When someone accuses you of something, or calls you out, you can make two choices. You can react or you can remain quiet. If you’re confident, you should not let the little nuisances in life get to you. These things happen. You should be confident enough where you can live your life and not react to little things.

Don't be afraid to speak up Most of my work is in the operating room of a big hospital. What I have learned is that you need to speak up. That whole elementary school bullshit of waiting for your turn is no longer valid in the real world. Don't be rude or anything. But you don't want to leave a gathering without having said something or introduced yourself.

These are some tips to help you with confidence and inner game overall. Criticism and discussion would be appreciated!
