Small win today. Walked past a girl earlier who randomly (and loudly) decided to tell me in front of her friends that I was “sexy as f**k”. Needless to say, I am pleased with the compliment though it has made me abundantly aware that I lack confidence. If the situation was reversed, I would be incapable to provide a woman with a genuine compliment (delivered in a more appropriate manner to that I received). Approach anxiety sucks. At its core, I can’t get out of my head and thus overthink every little detail relating to a potential interaction that I always end up missing out on due to my inaction.

Any ideas on how to overcome approach anxiety? Any actionable tasks that myself and others in my predicament can put into action to speak to women when out in public and in social situations?
