I agree with most of what you say, BUT not everyone is in the same boat. No, there is no perfect thing to say. No, you shouldn't manipulate. Yes, be a man. But being a man isn't always clear to men. Some men need help. Some men don't understand standards. Some men have a hard time approaching. Some men can't get women into bed. Some men are being put in the friend zone. Saying be a man first requires the notion of what is a man? Some men don't know. I don't know it all, but I do know that teaching men how to get dates and even get laid, under the right classy conditions. Not cheezy pickup lines and over the top methods. Showing them how to be themselves, essentially, is okay. So, if anyone needs help with women just dm me.

The issue most young guys have IME, is they have been conditioned from birth to be in their feelings and seek the approval of others as a barometer for self acceptance. Social media culture and online dating compounds the issue in the forms of likes, followers and matches. When one is conditioned to pay attention to the validating actions of others and it does or doesn’t happen, you either get soul crushing anxiety (bc momma isn’t there anymore) OR a false sense of importance if the likes and matches are high.

These guys are lost. And it’s no knock on them. It’s just the way it is, like a beautiful dog who was raised by abusive owners and instead of standing proud it’s scared of every human it crosses.

Trust that becoming a man isn’t anything that can be done quickly. It takes building new foundations of thought, new sets of boundaries, and new habits. Doing this is ultimately what leads to forming your life and deeming what’s acceptable behavior for yourself and others. Essentially, this is what will make you a man.

if you feel like texting then text her.

if you feel like she doesn’t like you, point it out.

if you feel like you don’t have a strong connection with her, point that out too.

contrary to popular advice, don’t hide how you feel.

Well I am working on myself (try to get that inner game to the next level) and I think thats good, but I gotta say great post man! Some of the lines really get to me like this:

Don't try to change people's perception of you. Own who you are without apology. If you find someone attractive, ask them out. If someone doesn't text you back, move on. Life's too short to not be true to yourself and try to be someone else.

Word. Even if you are working on yourself this should not be forgotten. Your work on yourself to become a better version of yourself and not try to become someone else.

So this scenario is lacking a lot of context, but to add to this....

Often if a girl is saying this kind of thing, she's saying, "You don't fit the definition of the kind of guy I want to be with."

But people often lack self-awareness and the real issue is usually that she's just not attracted to you.

So trying to become some sort of "man" that she wants is going to fall under the category of trying too hard, unless you've been hiding yourself and you're responding by letting yourself out more.

this is very true. I often struggle with trying to decide the right things to say or how to win her over. When the simple fact is, if she liked me in the first place, i probably wouldn’t need to think about those things.

It’s a tough pill to swallow at first but it’s pretty liberating when you do. Sometimes there is nothing you can do, that’s why self improvement and being your own man is so important. Because most of the time, we’re all we’ve got

Definitely agree with you.

If your busy being the best version of yourself or "being a man" you won't care or don't have time to think about what other think about you.

Also, you cant argue with desire. In my experience, if someone likes you its not something you convince them or manipulate them into, it just happens naturally. If it doesn't move onto the next and keep growing as a person.. or a man in this case.

Got a new job today and first person I talk to is some girl who's a cashier already working there. Hot, thot eyes, saw the promiscuity in 'em. She was friendly enough but kinda had 'tude at the same time, got pissy when I accidentally gave her $15 instead of $10, and alternated between making eye contact and texting which honestly I got no clue how to interpret. Noticed her eyeing me when I was across the room and talking to someone else tho. Found myself turning it around and laying hatred on me figuring it was something wrong with me, and no shit there's still a lot I gotta work on. At the same time I realized the exact same things you just said. Worrying about what a girl says or does and especially using it as a whip across my own back is beta people please behavior and incongruent with the man I'm desperately trying to become because honestly as I've figured out ya got no choice if ya wanna get laid. It's a long arduous journey but never again am I going to let a girl fuck up my frame.

I do not agree with this at all. Being a man involves being conscious of who you are to those around you. You can’t just boldly express who you are at all times to a prospect. That’s not being a man, that’s being an idiot.

All those questions OP listed in the beginning are valid questions. As a man, you have to know what a woman is looking for first and then the answers come later. Yes, you can always be better. But that’s exactly what you should be using as fuel for talking to women. You’re selling the idea that you’re on your way to getting better, not whoever you are now. If you believe that part then the rest will come.
