Wow i thought this was gonna be cope but this is a great guide. That last point i’d add to it if you don’t have a beard but have a weak jaw use midoxinil. I’m growing out a nice beard now and it covers my shitty chin and honestly I think i’ve jumped up 2 whole points it’s probably what’s made the biggest difference on my looks
[–]Ares_the_God_of_War 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
How long have you been using it and have you noticed any aging effects?
[–]grindforthegold 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
not sure but i don’t think i would care cuz i really need this to outline my face. used foam for years and it barely did anything. have been using liquid the past 3 months and it’s finally working so i’d say go for the liquid

If you're a non or low responder, add tretinoin to your regimen, studies show adding that drastically increases its effectiveness especially for low responders.
[–]grindforthegold 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
interesting is that over the counter ? i’ll check it out but so far i’m happy with the rate of the growth
[–]qurfy 9 points10 points11 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I'd recommend slowly introducing a skincare regiment. Patch test and record how you react. If you have sensitive skin like me, you might break out
[–]plowngo 10 points11 points12 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The only thing missing is using TheraBreath to get rid of smelly throat bacteria.
And to promptly clean your tongue, use a water pik to floss, and brush your teeth before going out.
Great guide thanks for sharing.

respectfully the fashion tips aren't the move unless your like a 30 year old white dude
[–]GandalfPipe131 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And even then it’s a little confining. I do a lot of shopping on huckberry. It’s country/retro meets hipster and it suits my style. Lots of compliments from the stuff on there.
[–]NoZookeepergame5945 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
the tips aren’t objectively bad but their only gonna attract the demographic of middle age white woman

[–]NoZookeepergame5945 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Not exactly, if you’re attempting to attract more artsy and quirky girls… you would realistically want to wear baggy clothing and eccentric clothing( bright colors/ unique color combinations)
There’s certainly going to be a niche that truly cares about whether or not you wear designer dress shoes to a club. Me personally I don’t believe that niche represents the majority of women, or the demographic that I like.
[–]badboyyy112 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Dude 100%. But there are literally no guides online for this sort of stuff
Do you follow any tik tokers or a specific store you can buy such clothes?
[–]godmusashi 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
There's no guides cuz u gotta find your own style. Idk if i can help but I buy most of my clothes out of shein and ngl I'm always clean af. Since i hit the gym and have jacked arms & shoulders, one of the things I wear to uni almost everyday is sleeveless sweater vest. Ong I've seen them females staring plus i be getting compliments a lot
[–]Allouttafckz2give 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Yeh, this is a pretty detailed guide right here. I'm a little outta shape and I'm just waiting for my adjustable dumbbells to show up. So far, I just run a few miles everyday, well at least I try to. I'm a slim dude, but trust me, that doesn't mean you're in shape.
But I'm still not going to wait until I have the perfect physique nor skin care routine. I simply want to start the process of getting rejected so it can set me up for success in the future. I'm currently looking for dudes in the NYC or Philly area to sarge with. Always more fun when you got a buddy with yah.
[–]VivaciousFarter 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
If you run a few miles everyday you are in shape. You might not be muscular or big, but you are in shape. Same goes for the flip side, you can bench 315, but if you get winded doing cardio for a couple minutes, you are not in shape.
[–]TuckerTheCuckFucker 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Uhmmm that’s actually not true my friend
Being in shape can mean anything from low body fat, to having good cardiovascular endurance, to having muscular strength
Being skinny or even having a 6 pack, does not mean you’re in shape through.
[–]Jasonhardon 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Wow with the exception of the protein line this should be pinned at the top of every seduction forum/ group out there

There are a few things here that really make me think "how insecure are you, dude?"
As a guy who is not the tallest myself, just grow confident in your own skin. Who cares how tall you are, really? Just own it. Height "rejections" are more often than not just shit-tests because girls know so many men are insecure about their height.
Seriously, go browse. There are so many nice things out there that are not Rolex-lookalikes. You really dont want to have her tell you "Wow, your watch looks a lot like my rich uncles Rolex". Even though she might know nothing about watches, she might catch an odd reaction from you when you have to explain that you're imitating the real deal.
NO NO NO. The way cologne works is that it will smell differently when it is just put on. Cologne is typically layered and consists of three layers of "notes". Take a look at the fragrance pyramid here https://uscential.com/fragrance-layers-explained/
Put your cologne on at home, you will smell just fine even though you cannot smell yourself. Dont be insecure about it. It's absolutely fine.
[–]AmphibianCareless705 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
You skipped the part for when I mentioned rolexs and tags if you can afford them. Girls don't give shyt about brands they want something that looks nice most girls I have seen out where Apple watches or fossil not exactly high end. Not all watches imitate rolexs some just look good like mvmt. Remember these are suggestions.
You're recommending a knock-off brand to people who cannot afford the real deal. Most people will not be able to afford the real deal, so yes, i skipped that part because it is out of reach for most. Knockoff brands are tacky, also if the girl you're talking to right at this moment doesn't know about it.
[–]RangersFan243 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Where do you buy these lifts
[–]M00Nthatspellsmoon 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
With respect mate. You think a girl 3-drinks deep in a crowded bar is going to care what ‘layer’ of scent you’re wearing? In this particular situation, you’re aiming to deliver that initial hit of ‘mmmm’. So I can see the top up route working.
Totally agree on the lifts.
[–]AmphibianCareless705 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Surely she wont, but it also wont get you any benefits whatsoever to take on cologne to "smell fresher". That's my point.
If you're wearing a good cologne it really wont matter if an hour or two has passed.
[–]M00Nthatspellsmoon 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Fair enough!
[–]philips855 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
True!
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link
I agree with pretty much all of this. At first it felt like he was suggesting to do the exact things he said under the bullet points, but now I realize they are just some examples. And I agree with every bullet point.
I think having a style that includes accessories, and the body fat are two of the most important. But everyone already knows this.
Cologne is the #1 thing I suggest to guys. I've had more comments on my cologne than everything else combined. As opposed to the travel bag though. I just bought the strongest concentration (parfum) and it lasts for like 6 hours. Sauvage by christian Dior is what I use. Highly recommend.
And I had no idea tongue brushes were a thing but I'm going to buy one today. And I guess I should make a skin care routine now
[–]dheidjdedidbe 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
What if every cologn smell gives me extreme headaches. Is the pain worth it?
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Hmm. Without thinking I'd say no.
But then I'd ask if you've tried eau de cologne or eau fraiche.
Parfum, what I suggested is the strongest and lasts the longest at 20-40% concentration.
Cologne is 2-5% and fraiche is 1-3%
So I'd suggest trying that or trying other colognes.
But if you've already done all this and still nothing. Outside of asking a doctor I'd guess that would just be a no for you.
A nice cologne isn't everything but smell is important to women. So just make sure you smell good at least.
[–]paull-blartt -2 points-1 points0 points 3 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Sauvage is trash man
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Well I've gotten more compliments on my sauvage than anything else.
"Wow one of you smells really good"
Literally walked past me and stopped to say "you smell really nice btw"
Talking to my buddy and some girls when a guy walks past. "LOL I had to stop and say someone smells really good" then one of the girls chimes in to say yeah okY honestly I was just about to say the same thing.
Point is. Sauvage has been amazing for me and I'm trying to smell nice for girls and myself. Not some fuckin redditor
[–]paull-blartt 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Idgaf what you wear cuz tf😂☠️ tom ford is way better imo
[–][deleted] 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Bro i had it and didn’t like it
Besides try tom ford metallique, it’s super good
[–]RangersFan243 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Body fat is most important?
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Yeah. Managing it and keeping it low
[–]RangersFan243 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
How do I lose it? I lift but still have belly fat and cleaned up my diet by nothings worked
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
How long you been doing it?
I went from 37.5% body fat to 26 in 4 months.
Super strict diet diet 2.5 months. Walk almost every day. Started lifting again towards the end of it. And I did IF as much as I could Roth a few fasts here and there
[–]RangersFan243 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Like 2 weeks
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That's not enough time for anything to happen tbh. Especially at the start it takes a while for your body to adjust
[–]lilslinky8 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
CALORIE DEFICIT. EAT LESS
[–]nachetb 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Simpler:
All these are about what you need, the rest dont matter that much.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Teeth also. And skin, if you have it really bad
[–]L3g3ndkilr 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Sweet guide, man. I personally like the clothing recommendations, but I'd have liked to have a separate part for the shoe game.🔥
[–]roaphaen 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
Do not eat your bodyweight in protein. You will not succeed and will then feel like a loser.
Also don't tan EVER unless you like aging prematurely. Go the spray tan route.
[–]fett2170 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Concerning protein, if you’re cutting down and trying to retain muscle mass, you do need to eat more than your body weight in protein in lbs, not kilos. I’m eating like 196 grams of protein and I weigh 175.
Eating barely any protein will cause loss of muscle mass. And you will look and be weak.
[–]Bojuric 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Lol recommending Invictas and smartwatches. Also h/m is the most basic shit that exists.
[–]NastyMonkeyKing 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Smart watch on a guy at the bar looks awful imo. I love my Samsung 4 but I'd never wear it out for that.
[–][deleted] 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
[–]Bojuric -4 points-3 points-2 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Aight tag is fine, somehow missed that. Rolex is a bottomless pit of money that attracts whores. Omega might be better. Invicta is tacky all around.
[–]Bojuric -2 points-1 points0 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah they're dumb as shit and r-tarded. I'm saying if you want to attract something more quality. Otherwise you can skip all those steps and just offer them coke if you want to pick the lowest apples.
[–]YouGotTangoed 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well you’d want to get a Swiss made watch that looks good, is affordable, and can accurately tell the time. For instance I have the Tissot PRX automatic, which looks slightly like a Royal Oak, for £600
[–]dheidjdedidbe 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If I have to do all this to even have a chance a getting a girl. I should just give up.
I’m tall, in shape, dress clean and sharp. I work outside so while I have a tan, I work in the woods meaning my skin isn’t a baby’s butt.
Looks like if I buy a watch all the girls will swarm around me
[–]Jasonhardon 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I don’t know about eating your body weight in protein though, you might die 😂
[–]Swagster777 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Gram of protein per Body weight lmao
[–][deleted] 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
[–]earsurgery9 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
well you need physical attraction. That's what he means. You can't 'game' a girl who isn't attracted to you lol
[–]literallyou 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Agree
[–]Designer_Musician109 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

But why you just need GAME bro lol definitely agree with op post.
[–]qurfy 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Doesn't sun exposure cause a lot of aging? Are the early and late hours for weaker rays to minimize this?
[–]Admirable-Crab5594 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I am only missing 2nd point. Don’t know where to start. Never had any skincare only using cleanser while taking a bath. I have hyperpigmentation issue from last 2-3 years.
Any suggestions.

Thinking about getting braces. I had braces for 4 years when I was a teenager but they’ve shifted a bit. Ppl tell me I have a nice smile but idk I want that perfect smile
