What we're thinking of doing as segments, at least for the first time, is looking at some FRs on seddit, answering questions from listeners, creating (silly) challenges for sedditors and being funny as hell. What else would you guys like to hear? Also, suggestions of topics for our first cast are welcome!

Edit: I guess these are more meta-suggestions than ideas for the show. Meh, if it helps any I'll be happy.

Seddit-related

You need to have a central theme for each podcast. Like one episode could be about "number closes" or "kiss closes" or "overcoming AA." Pick out good FR's (and be sure to credit the person!) and questions relating to those. Stay on topic as reasonably much as you can.
Assume your audience knows nothing about the topic by quickly catching them up on the defintiion of a theme. "Today we will discuss k-closing. That stands for 'kiss-closing' which means how do you get that first kiss in a set?"
It's okay to use the acronyms, but don't go crazy with it. Some new listeners will get bored if all they hear is alphabet soup. It's not like online where you can quickly reference the definition.
Tie it to seddit and the IRC channel for contests, Q&A's, etc. Also don't be afraid to expand to facebook, google+, etc. Live interaction with seddit or IRC channel would be cool, but don't rely on it 100% of the time.
As it gains popularity, try to get some big names on the air for interviews, etc. That would be cool.
Include a fake scenario. What would you do in this situation? What if she acts this way? How would you react? These are good questions for the mailroom as well.

General Podcast Pet-Peeve Avoidance Suggestions

Please title the episodes with the theme and keep it short (not just the date you made it or some long-ass sentence).
Feel free and go back to a previously covered topic at a later date, but label it as "Part 2" or something like that with the same title otherwise. Makes sorting by title really efficient and it really makes me happy to know that there's three podcasts on the theme and here's the order to listen to them.
Maintain structure in your podcasts. For example, keep the mailroom stuff at the end or the beginning (but stay consistent). It doesn't have to be scientifically consistent, but a little order makes it a lot more professional than just two dudes talking until the clock runs out.
Keep the repetitive intro and theme song as short as you can. Some podcasts I listen to think it's perfectly fine to spend the first 3 mintues of my valuable listener time with the same pre-recorded intro and theme song. I'd rather the podcast be 2 minutes shorter (less downloading) and have a shorter intro than have to fast forward through that.
Don't force a certain length on your podcast. If you only have ten minutes of material on a theme, then you only have ten minutes. Don't give me those ten minutes and then fluff in 15 more minutes of BS.
On the other hand, if you have 60 minutes of material, then great! I would recommend you break it down into two seperate podcasts if you could. It makes it easier for us to digest that way.

Here is a topic:

You guys should talk about the little things that are non-related but relevant to seduction. Lifestyle and habits that that separates those with game, "alpha males," and those without. I think a lot of seddit likes that kind of observation whether or not imitating things like ordering only black coffee makes you more "alpha" or not. I think a lot of guys don't realize some of the "alpha" traits that they actually demonstrate, but just don't realize it with their "beta" centered minds.
