Don't take anything i write personally, I will just express my opinion on what you could improve! :)
Get a fashionable haircut. Woman love guys who fix their hair and keeps it neat.
Instead of having a shortsleeved shirt, wear a regular shirt and roll up the sleaves(by folding) up to the elbows.
Ditch the speedo sunglasses and yet again go for something abit more fashionable (ask the clerk prefferably a young female one for advice on what would fit you).
That's atleast what I would do. I would provide pictures but I'm at work at the moment. Might do it when I get home.

I never wear an undershirt. Never.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Unless you work in an office, then do. Not for going out though, ever.
[–]User_0 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You should always wear a t-shirt under an 'office' shirt.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
i work in an office when i'm not in the field, then i still don't wear an undershirt, makes me feel stuffy and constrained within the outer shirt.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That's fair, but it is really more normal to wear the undershirt at work. But I agree, never wear one out.
[–]rappar 6 points7 points8 points 13 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
I am really thankful about your help. Collective made me to finally understand fact, that place of my shortsleeve's is deep in wadrobe far away from sunlight. Well, I use a cheap speedo sunglasses, because I am a person who frequently loses things, so I avoid going for brand one. About haircut i am going to think over it once they go a bit longer, now I am pretty limited.

Wayfarers are what's up.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I dig the wayfarer sunglasses and you can purchase them in different colors, I love my bright pink sunglasses, i also have white ones too for a more demure look. They're cheap (like $4/pair on amazon) so if I really want to I can give them away.
[–]User_0 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You can never go wrong with Wayfarers or Aviators. Properly fitted of course and reasonably professional.
[–]readonlyuser -1 points0 points1 point 13 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Strongly disagree. Aviators look awful on pretty much everyone.
[–]User_0 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Those are the people who should wear wayfarers. Some people can pull off aviators.
[–]JakalDX 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Wayfarers are too angular for my face, and most sunglasses are too small for my face. The general consensus I've recieved is that I look good in aviators.

I've heard the "losing stuff" excuse for glasses dozens of times, but lemme tell you: if you buy a pair of glasses over $100, you're not gonna lose those fuckers.
[–]redhonkey34 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Amazon has tons of cheap sunglasses that look good
[–]zelau 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just to add to this, short sleeve button up shirts do work, but in my opinion you need the physique for it, ie good set of arms on you and definitely not that pattern, the name escapes me.
Go for something a bit plainer bold colours are your friend, dont go to over the top.
And unless u have a nice shirt underneath leave it all unbuttoned otherwise button it all up.
[–]hiflyer780 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
Looks good man. As far as cheap Wayfarers go, check out Knockarounds. They sounds like a designer name, but you're paying less than $20.
Head's up though, I used to be the same way with my sunglasses, but ever since I bought my Ray Bans, I've made sure to take good care of them simply because I know how expensive they are. You definitely don't need them, but you're paying for some solid quality with Ray Bans too. Just something to think about.
[–]Heizenbrg 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
I bought the most realistic looking Raybans, it took me 10 minutes to figure out that they weren't real. Knockarounds are a bit meh, I see guys all the time with fluorescent tacky glasses, girls like unique.
[–]hiflyer780 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I guess it depends on the crowd you're with or who you're trying to attract. I've seen a number of threads stating that 'standing out' is often attributed to confidence. Anybody who's been subscribed to this subreddit for more than 10 seconds knows that confidence is the absolute key to seduction.
[–]Heizenbrg 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
I know, I see countless guys with their muscle shirt, though look, and moving their shoulders like their making a dance move or something. That might appeal to some women, but the guy right across him walking normally, dressed nice, not necessarily formally will come across much more confident that guy #1, especially if he actually smiles back without looking like a thug in an rap music video.
[–]hiflyer780 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
If done correctly, you're totally right. I think the problem with a lot of people (myself included) is that the confident smile isn't given off quite right and comes off as friendship rather than an 'alpha' smile. It takes a lot of work to get this type of confidence down whereas the frowned upon muscle shirt guys are automatically seen as confident as this is kind of the easy way out.
[–]Heizenbrg 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
friendship rather than an 'alpha' smile
What is up with this alpha male? Not to be rude but is this what this sub is all about? You don't have to be the "leader of the pack" to get a woman. Where I'm from people genuinely smile because that is who they are, not putting up a facade. It like reading those stupid polls where the nice smiling guys are losers. Someone's imagine lasts about 30 seconds, I'd like to see someone pull the though guy look for eternity, even when at home with mom. Don't get me wrong, I love your reply, gives me an insight into thinking what American men try to think of themselves. Guess that If I acted the way I am I'd be branded as a "foreigner". It also really sucks how pop culture really influences people.
I also don't think a woman automatically brands you as a "friend" just by what your face is telling her the moment she sees you. I'd like to see someone who doesn't blush or AT LEAST feels appreciated at a guy that smiles and actually fucking acknowledges her. Whatever happened to being a gentleman?
[–]hiflyer780 1 point2 points3 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
If it sounds like I'm arguing with you, I'm definitely not. In fact, I'm agreeing with you.
Here's my problem with seduction right now... I know how to play this game, and I don't think I do too bad, but I can't help but feel that I have to put on a game face when I go out. I have to always know what to say, when to say it, how to dress, how to groom, and how to focus my body language. I can juggle it all, but it simply doesn't feel natural.
By nature, I don't like making major decisions, I'm laid back, I crack dumb jokes, and computers are probably my biggest interest. The problem is that if I acted around girls just like I act around my friends, I would make a whole bunch of new friends, but I find that not too many women want to date the laid back slightly dorky computer guy. Especially when a big muscle head wearing a tightly fitted Express shirt starts talking to them.
Let me be clear, I know there are some girls who would take the computer geek (me) over the muscle head, but those girls typically don't interest me and the spark isn't there. Not to mention it seems that a lot of the girls go for the computer geek because they are settling. (i.e. they know they can't have the muscle head)
So yes. When I go to the popular bar in my town, I do put on a bit of an act. But you know what? It fucking works. I've gotten more responses acting like a stereotypical 'alpha' than acting like myself.
Do I pride myself on it? Sometimes.
Do I think it's the best thing to do to find someone I love in the long term? Definitely not.
So, if I could perfect 100% confidence in myself without giving off a friendship vibe, that would be ideal.
For now, I think I'm in the late stages of the 'Fake it until you make it' type thing. I'm faking the confidence.
If I keep it up, something tells me I'll become the typical 'alpha' by nature simply from acting like it so much. I don't know if this is the right thing to do or not.
After all, this Subreddit says it's about a lifestyle change. Not necessarily a few one-liners to get laid.
[–]Heizenbrg 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
sorry I must've come off as aggressive. I agree with most, most please let's not use the term "alpha", it really doesn't mean anything :) This sub just seems to concentrate with the empty headed muscle- head, while there are plenty of ways to be attractive. You can go for the hipster dude, I have a cousin that is just like that and is the most annoying guy. He takes pictures of his food, talks about the next innovative things out there, and that's about it. But I respect him cause he's confident in it. He wasn't like that before, he grew it on him. Fake it til you make it apparently. I'd just be careful what you're "faking in to". What do you mean by computer geek? A little guy with a soft voice, longish hair, smart ass, big gamer and that's it? That's just as bad as muscle dude. I think that what we should really strive for is discovering ourselves and our true potential. Faking confidence is great if you don't have it, or are self-conscious about it. But that's just a feeling, then there is a personality. Do you change that as well? If you don't mind why don't we dive in it further. What does your "game" consist of? EDIT: in r/socialskills, this guy seems to have a different take on the whole "lifestyle" change ( not necessarily seduction). I think that my keeping yourself busy and actually doing fresh new things in life gives you more swag that the guy thatgoes to the gym monday through friday and hits the bars on friday. After all, I've always wonder what a guy like that talks about, wouldn't you run out of conversation material? It seems easier to me to get the confidence to grow on you instead of actively seeking it, less of a hassle really. You mentioned you're in computers. Is that your job? If so, you probably wouldn't have much time with shit like this, but you can probably find an alternative. Anyway, it's been an interesting conversation. I really am in the same boat as you, don't know if I should keep pursing my computer science degree. I'm not much of a nerd, just a loud talking guy that tries to stay honest and humble.

Run, run, run. 3 times a week. Start off with 1/2 mile nonstop for 2 weeks untill you get into the routine or its too easy. Once it becomes too easy bump it up to a mile. After that becomes too easy, start lifting immediately after your run. Bam, now you are on track to improving EVERYTHING about your look and the way you look at women. I know it sounds odd, but trust me. Once you get into running, your whole life will change for the better.

lose these glasses, they're terrible.
get a non plaid or patterned shirt. stick to basic colors like gray, navy, white, black. Remember, that less is more when dressing, so never buy a peace of clothing with something written on it, especially if it's a button down shirt or jeans.
wear clothes that fit
as for the haircut, if you want short hair, wear them really short and visit a barber or shave your head every 3-4 weeks, cause hair tend to look pretty goofy once it grows back.
The most important thing is that you start to see what looks good and what looks bad. Just look at pictures of well dressed people and try to develop your own sense of style.

r/malefashionadvice is good.
I changed my whole wardrobe very recently. I threw 90% of the stuff away. Anything that I would go to my drawer and would not wear because X reason for more than a few weeks. Gone (excepting formal wear of course). This will decrease complexity, make laundry days more efficient for having less stuff, and give you incentive to replace things you have now lost.
look up "inspiration album" or just "album" in r/malefashionadvice and look over those especially the ones of styles you like, study them, see what they're doing that you're not.
Do the same when you're out in public, if you see someone with good style, take note.
the worst thing you can do is reject styles because you think "you couldn't do it very well." try new things, own it. maybe it will stick, maybe it won't.
also shoes. I learned to stop being a cheap bastard when it came to shoes. ehh, i'm still cheap, just less cheap.
contrary to others, I would say I like the short sleeve botton up. keep it in your wardrobe. yes long sleeve's rolled up are baller, but I couldn't stand them in the summer heat.

Everyone here is bagging on t-shirts. I'm going to share my opinion expecting some feedback.
When you're wearing a shirt/tie, ALWAYS wear a t-shirt. It fills out the shirt, makes the color look correct and helps with your sweat. If you're wearing a shirt that you could wear a tie with, still wear the t-shirt. Shirts with buttons on the collars are not for wearing ties. Still wear a t-shirt. If you're going to wear the color open as appropriate with this kind of shirt, get a v-neck.
If you're wearing a shirt like OP, don't have a visible t-shirt. Wear a v-neck or a wife beater if you want. Shirts with a pattern like this can be short-sleeved.
If you have a basically solid colored button front shirt, you can wear a t-shirt underneath if it provides some color/interest to your outfit. Never get a shirt like this in short sleeves. If you want one, get one with a button-down color and roll up the sleeves.

Hit the gym man, sure some of the best PUAs aren't jacked, but getting jacked helped me a lot more than it hurt me... gives you a lot of confidence/inner game to... the more you like yourself, the easier it is to believe that someone else might like you/enjoy meeting you too.
Get a tan... don't need to go 7 days a week, twice a week, every 3 days or so get a simple tan.
Dress with a little bit of style...
put some product in your hair.. I used to do the faux hawk thing, and still do from time to time, but my gf says I've got a "Tom Hardy" thing going on with it down and messy... truthfully I know Tom Hardy is her ultimate celeb-crush so maybe she was just convincing herself I look a bit like tom hardy, but then two other girls have said it in the past 6 months so whatever... I'll take it.
Oh and feel free to PM me if you need advice about the gym/building muscle... I blog (not often) at muscleclass.com and have written a guest post for Nick's readers at TheDatingSpecialist.com - got nothing but love for my fellow redditors/sedditors <3

The easiest way is to emulate a male celebrity that many girls you know like. I'm not saying go all out and be this other person but take some qualities and "apply" them to yourself.
[–]othorton 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
As somebody else wrote, you need to unfold your arms - folded arms are defensive and uninviting. I'm also fairly fair skinned and blonde, and as such find that lighter clothes suit me better than dark - ditch the lumberjack for a light dress-shirt (long sleeves rolled up) either plain or with a faint pinstripe (vertical stripes give the illusion of you being taller and thinner, horizontal the opposite). Unless you really need it, ditch the undershirt - it makes you look younger and doesn't exude confidence - girls like to see a bit of skin. Final point, get some new shades: you wouldn't wear sports clothes (especially trainers) when you're in a more intimate situation, so why wear sports sunglasses?
Hope this helps pal.

Well first, I'll definitely second the suggestions to go to MFA...spend some serious time there and you'll start to notice things you never even thought of before. A few tips that I can give you though that you'll hear from them: absolutely no short-sleeve button-ups. Unless someone is ridiculously jacked in combination with a very specific cut of shirt, basically no one can pull that off, and instead just makes themselves look like George Michael Bluth. It's considered a major faux pas, and it's flattering to basically no one. It may seem like a subtle distinction, but instead stick with long-sleeved button ups, and roll them up (MFA had a guide on the "power roll"). This will make you look sophisticated, but dressed down. Also, absolutely no weird "complement color" undershirts. That hasn't been in since the early 2000's, and in combination with the sleeves creates a very middle schooler look. Stick with white v-neck undershirts, as they take care of sweat, but aren't visible at the neckline. Finally, the standard advice: lift. Clothes can only go so far, and they work so much better if they're on a muscular frame.
[–]rappar 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

This one short-sleeve is the only one i bought her cus i thought she looks a bit cool, the rest is long-sleeve. I will try to stick to them then. About undershits i have to definetely read abotu complement color, i just picked a good looking t-shirt. And since this is somehow conecting to second one - u have a bit suprised me about lifting and taking on mass, since i am 6ft- 6'1 and i weigh 200 pounds and i rather training regularly. I was rather thinking i have to loss some more to 175-180 to look better. And cus of it i thought i should rather wear black undershirts.
[–]Person14623 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's tough to tell from the pictures what your body actually looks like, but it's worth mentioning in the abstract that body fat % is obviously a huge factor in what weight is good. 200lbs at 10% body fat would probably be a decent goal at your height, but it obviously also depends on how it's distributed. If someone just has really muscular thighs, but their arms are average to skinny, then merely having the weight and body fat% alone isn't the most beneficial from a seddit perspective.
Well I am trying to get as proportional posture as possible by training every part of body and by adding aerobs, I have also red a lot about it, so I have some knowledge about it. I made progress and I hope for more, I agree completely that cloths look better on muscular frame :)
