It's a shit test and in the playful context you describe suggests that sex is on her mind otherwise you wouldn't be hearing that. Banter back and don't be surprised if later on in the night, you are indeed having sex.

depends how she says it.

but i like the somewhat comedic tone another person suggested. "oh wait, you're not trans?" do it with proper facial expressiosn and timing though.

also, "yeah, tomorrow night at 1 am sounds better."

but not like a im a cocky arrogant tough guy alpha way. you've got to give the right amount of frame/control, but right amount of lightness, and right amount of inviting into the playfulness, while slightly implying some flirtation and sexualness to it. its gotta be kinda funny, but not 100% all about it being a joke. it's gotta cut up the percentages between joking, sexual, frame, inviting into the joke. so its a give and take between all these factors.

some of the other suggestions are too too forceful.
