Proceed normally. The issue isn't that you need a new or different approach. The issue is that a lot of guys get thrown of their game if the girl displays some early attitude. You have to not react to it. Or even better, like and enjoy her attitude. That's partially why you're into her right? Because of her attitude. So, if she displays attitude you should be happy and smile because you like that kind of thing. Maybe you like her attitude because you also have some attitude? If her overconfidence is something u like about her, no shame in shooting ur best shot. I personally find conceited women can be pretty funny. There was a chick cdl driver at my old job, this girl was supermodel quality and she knew it, redhead with busty c cups, skinny waste, thicc protruding ass, im normally pretty ok with women but I thought I had zero chance so I talked to her like normal like I would with anybody else. I watched her swat away the other dudes like flies, she was so feisty and cocky/conceited (and can back it up), I loved it. After some time one day we caught each other checking eachother out from a distance, and told her friend about it later and found out from him she had a crush on me because I'm the only one that didn't make every interaction about her looks.

More to the point to address ur post...when I say I talked to her like normal, it actually became competitive banter by nature because I am also very cocky with ability to back it up, we made each other laugh by competing to see who can say cockier stuff, and no one else in our setting could make her laugh, we ended up dating for awhile before her stint ended and she moved back home.

So my official suggestion is to compete with her to see who is more conceited to try and show her up..even if u ain't a cocky person...ultimately this is a way of having fun with someone of that character, it establishes connection and it makes u stand out from the other slobs trying to get her.

I would assert dominance. What do I mean? Well, she obviously knows that shes beautiful and smart so she surrounds herself with people that feed her that reassurance constantly even if it’s unintentional. Don’t brag about other girls but make it clear that you have options and just reciprocate everything she does because she’s basically shit testing you. If you do compliment her don’t take it back but rather show her that its not a big deal that she’s pretty. “ you’re cute, but don’t flatter yourself” something like that. She needs to prove to you why she should go out with you not the other way around or you’ll just end up doing whatever it may be to get her. You’re better off ignoring people like that, but if you really want to put yourself through trying to appeal to people like her, then find out what she responds to.

A lot of the time, people with big attitudes are really insecure and trying to hide it with their personality. My advice to you is try to make her feel good about herself in ways that she doesn’t mention or call to attention, and talk about her personality rather than her appearance. If you do it right, you’ll bond. If not, she’ll be barking and running you down like a pitbull.
