Hello all. My wife forcibly opened our marriage last year. She has been seeing an older man who is her personal trainer.

We have no children. We’re in New York. We have an apartment with both of our names on it.

I believe.. I know she is sleeping with this trainer, especially since they share our bedroom most nights for “training.”

He’s continued to bill us for training even despite spending 4-7 nights at our home, and I’ve continued to pay.

How could I best prove infidelity? We recently both got new phones and all electronic records (SMS) were lost when moving from iPhones to android-based phones. She’s only ever referred to their activities as training.
