My STBX wife is the petitioner and it is not mandatory in the state I live in for me to appear in court. It’s probably my ego, but part of me wants to be in the court room that day. I’d like to put my suit on and face reality for what it is. She has treated me like crap through this and been very immature in the process. Literally haven’t seen each other since date of separation and I think it may be liberating for me to be there. Not for it to be an attempt to win her back but to show my strength and resiliency. Really need advice from you guys on this. What would you do or what did you do?
