A few things I’ve noticed as of late on OLD is how many men use negging or variations of in their opening line.

It can be subtle and take on many forms such as: - your photos are blurry - why do you have a photo with mask on - why do you only have x no. photos etc.

On the surface they do not appear to be a neg but it is inherently negging as it puts you in a position of playing defence - either justifying the reasons why or uploading new / clearer photos to please him.

I also don’t like when men ask me for IG when I have a complete profile for similar reasons as above. By doing this you are signalling that you are not enough - your profile is not enough to win him over and you need to go though another round of applications to get to a first round interview. Thank you, next.

As soon as you notice any of the above - block and delete. He doesn’t deserve to engage with you further.

On a side note, men can no longer ask you on coffee / walk dates under the guise of “Covid restrictions”. 🙏
