Everyone should take a look at this story. Australia has not created this id law, so its not "law" yet. But the fact that they are considering it is complete lunacy.

For those of you who didnt read the article, Australia is considering forcing any social platform to make every user have 100 points of identification (equivalent to a passport) when signing up for any social site.

Centralized Identification is incredibly dangerous. Allowing companies to obtain our complete identities would allow them to create centralized internet blacklists. For example, lets say I say something on twitter that goes against the left leaning narrative, like accidentally "misgendering" a famous person. Twitter would ban me.

For those of you who will counter and say, "but they already do this!" Yes, individually, companies have social footprints on every account. Two major differences. 1. There is no central identity 2. They are footprints that you can easily evade with techniques Ill mention below

This would then cause a cascade of bans.

  • Want to get a job? Banned from Linkedin and all social job boards
  • Want to post pictures for family and friends and connect with people for general social activities? Banned from instagram, Tik Tok and facebook
  • Want to go on a date? Banned from Tinder and all dating apps
  • Want to advertise your business? Banned from google and facebook ads
  • Want to create a content company? Banned from any social site
  • Want to watch a lecture to learn something for your job? Banned from youtube
  • Want to go volunteer in your neighborhood? Banned from http://Meetup.com
  • Want to use any infrastructure on the web for your business? Well, cloud computing will be deemed a "social platform" and thus youll be banned from making a living that way too
  • Want to Anonymously post to a site like reddit to discuss social strategy? You cant anymore, your government id will be needed when signing up (Ie every single one of us on here would be exposed to the public)

I think you get my point from this. All of this solely from saying one semi controversial statement

We literally allow murderers to re enter society. If given the power, these tech companies will and already are trying to ban you for life (Ie lets look at our former president). They hold murderers in higher regard than they do to people who question the mainstream narrative

The good news: The way our political system is setup in the US, 60 votes in the senate just wont happen for a law like this. We have the first, Second and fourth amendment, which makes this almost impossible from a legal standpoint. And, luckily, a lot of left leaning individuals are against these kinds of laws too.

Still, the fact that a "free" country is even considering this should make you terrified

As we currently sit, companies can create a digital footprint. However, they cannot completely id you.

Guys, you need to start practicing protecting yourself online if you havent already begun to do so

Ways to remain anonymous online:

  • Cloak all uploaded images
  • Use prepaid credit cards or burner cards
  • Use paypal if allowed
  • Use bitcoin or crypto if allowed
  • Rotate emails and phone numbers
  • Always use a vpn
  • Use Cloud "Workspaces" to constantly rotate your machine Identity
  • Make sharing any info with any app or website default to "do not share"
  • If you do get banned form an app or site, many times a new machine/phone will do the trick. Burner phones are 30 a pop and you can get a decent pc for just social purposes for 100-200 bucks
