I stumbled across a subreddit with countless stories from women and their issues with their partner's porn addiction. These stories made me sick to my stomach. These women are putting themselves through literal hell to try and help someone who has an intense addiction who has an extremely high chance of relapsing (if they're actively trying to change), or never changing at all.
Porn addiction is extremely common these days, but that doesn't mean we have to put it up with it, nor give these kinds of men countless chances.
Imagine having a partner who's loving and supportive and throwing it all away for an Onlyfans girl or a camgirl that doesn't even know you exist. I cannot.
Men with porn addictions are so enamored by the false idea of what a woman SHOULD look like thanks to photoshop and the glamorization of porn. They're so caught up in this idea that they have issues getting/maintaining an erection for a woman IN REAL LIFE! Their death grip runs their life, AND will ruin yours.
You will never be good enough for a porn addict. You will never be smooth enough. You will never be skinny enough. You will never be curvy enough. You will never have a big enough chest. You will never have a big enough ass. You will never be whatever ethnicity he decides to jerk off to that day. You will never be enough, period.
Many of these porn addicts will gaslight their partners into thinking that their porn addiction is because of what their partner looks like/doesn't look like. These men are so ballsy that they'll tell their partners that they aren't physically attracted to them, and they aren't their type. Many of these women STILL end up giving him chances and staying, for whatever reason.
These porn addicted men aren't able to keep an erection for their partners and end up making their partners believe that there is something physically wrong with them. Trust me, I've been there. I'm in really good shape, fairly attractive, and have some enhanced "assets" that you would find in porn. Yet, I still wasn't "enough" for a porn addict. He would constantly watch porn with women with BIGGER breasts than mine, who were an entirely different race. He would ogle women on the street in front of me. He would hide snapchat messages from other women. I left this asshole in the dust where he belongs, but because he wasn't able to keep an erection most of time, it ruined my confidence and made me believe that there was something physically wrong with the way I look. There WAS NOTHING wrong with the way I looked! He was just a porn addicted loser that was beyond help.
If a man tells you that you're not physically his type, HE IS BEYOND SAVING! He is directly telling you that he's so addicted to porn and ogling other woman that you'll have to put up with years and years of emotional and mental abuse while you help him work through his porn addiction.
It's not worth it to stay with a man who has a history of porn addiction. He will eventually relapse, and you will always have trust issues in the relationship. A man who is HV doesn't watch porn or do anything to berate your confidence or betray your trust. If you stay with a porn addict, you are actively wasting your time and destroying your self esteem in the process.
All women need to remember that we are ALL beautiful! We are ALL worthy enough of having our partners physically attracted to us! Who gives a fuck what a porn addict thinks about us. These men are beyond saving, leave them for the streets where they belong. It's not worth trying to make it work with a porn addict, and I wish more women would realize this.
This is your sign to leave your partner if you catch him watching porn/following Onlyfans girls/Instagram models. You are wasting your time and it will never get better.

All that.
And also because he's basically using you for the emotional labor he can't get from porn and cam girls, while giving nothing, but some breadcrumbs at best, in return.

I’ve been waiting for women to start seeing how many men have issues with porn. I just escaped a relationship with one of these sick men, and in the process have read anything and everything I can find to understand this kind of mental illness. Wanted to share this as it does a great job of characterizing just how fucked up porn sick scrotes really are:

I never found out for sure but after reading about all of this the symptoms and signs were all there. When my LVX and I first started dating (pre FDS, sorry!) we were having sex every single time we saw each other which was almost every other day due to lockdown and COVID. I knew he was fully attracted to me and I knew that I was definitely his type. He was very verbal and would use porn speak (think things that they would say in porn), but I didn’t think much of it because it was never anything openly degrading, more so just descriptive. He was always mixing things up in bed and it was a highly sexual relationship at the time. As our relationship progressed, and we developed feelings for each other, our sex life actually slowed down to twice a week, then once a week, then once every two weeks. As our sex life slowed down, he would only have sex with me from behind, and we would both lay on our sides. He would spend less than 30 seconds trying to arouse me with his fingers before putting his dick in. He would grab my hand and place it over myself with the expectation that I would finish myself off while he used me. He didn’t even keep his eyes open during sex like he used to.
I finally brought it up after a 3-4 week dry spell and he blamed it on his work stress, and feeling low in confidence and self esteem in other areas of his life. He told me that he’d been on the other side of the equation with a sex drive imbalance in a previous relationship and knew what that felt like. He assured me it had nothing to do with me, and was still deeply in love. All his actions otherwise outside of the bedroom showed it in intimate moments together so I believed him in that regard. We had sex again after that conversation, but it was more of the same. What I realized was this man literally didn’t know how to have emotional, loving sex, only porn sick sex. I know the difference now.
Writing this all out now feels so incredibly disappointing and degrading that I even put up with all of that. I’m hoping whoever reads this and can relate sees that porn sickness manifests itself in different ways- it’s not just the death grip that’s a red flag.
