Do not hire a trainer. Your problem isn't lifting its eating. Take a month or 2 to get your diet under control. Then lift. You jump into lifting with an extra 100-150 lbs on your body and your asking for joint replacement

Divorce is probably your only option.

Do not tell her what you are doing. Do not ever talk about the open marriage topic with her again. She can be recording you.

I would deny that, do not mention you ever agreed or even could think of such a thing.

Go to a divorce attorney, tell him you have suspicions of your wife cheating. She's on her phone much more, dressing different, constantly going out, etc -- that's what making you feel that.

Let them know your financials, let them know if your wife worked during this time, her level of education, etc.

Ask them how much on the low end and high end do they think this divorce is going to cost you (alimony, legal, etc).
