By the 50’s when having children in hospitals became the norm, male genital mutilation was at around 98% this continued into the mid 80’s, then the CDC went to Africa during the aids epidemic to “test” the effectiveness of circumcision as a prevention for aids; test results inconclusive.

It wasn’t till the mid 90’s that more information came out from Britain. How circumcision actually has a strong correlation with early onset depression, attachment disorders, and bonding issues.
