Not from the UK but here in the States, there isn't much option to vote for because your best candidate will just get bulldozed by liberal and conservative parterniship. The best you can do is keep fighting, for that almost perfect candidate that looses over and over again, eventually they will have atlest a higher cabinent job. One step in the door even at 80 years old will give the rest of a chance.

I can't speak much for the UK, but in the US we had/have Andrew Yang.

I'm not sure he's going to be running next term. I hope he does. But if you watch Yang Speaks, he talks a LOT about the issues of men and boys, without turning everything into right-wing talking points or turning into a long diatribe about feminism rather than men's issues as a whole. He does criticize feminism now and again, but he just isn't hung up on them. He is more solutions-oriented.

Most recently, he did an interview with Warren Farrell, who probably needs to introduction here. I don't agree with Farrell on everything, especially his emphasis on sex in "Why men are the way they are", but he's still a pretty good voice to have.

In most places there won't be anyone really looking out for men. So you could look at other issues: worker's rights, healthcare, UBI, education, clean energy and other environmental concerns, and so on.

I am really hesitant to vote in my country since even the 'left' party doesn't seem to push hard enough on the leftist issues. This is Finland. They'd still probably be the best party to vote for.

A lot of actual hardcore leftists are not misandrists. It's the more lib types that are. But hardcore leftists don't gain a large following for other reasons. If I'm honest I'd just give a vote to the minority left parties to show that you want change. The status quo is not gonna change by voting for major parties since they benefit from upholding it.

In terms of voting, i usually vote furthest left available. These are the people who tend to be the most antiwar, and who want provisions for the homeless, etc. So while not being male advocates explicitly, on these issues they defacto are.

I would struggle to vote for someone like Jess Philips tho. I'd have probably held my nose if Corbyn was still leader, but now 'Sir' Keir is, i'd probably vote elsewhere. Maybe the Greens or a Trotskyist party protest vote.

That's not even getting into the centrist shill that Philips is, a woman who said she'd stab Corbyn in the front, as opposed to backstabbing him, and who likely is an outright misandrist.

Vote for the most left wing parties. They tend to be anti war, helping the homeless, treating non violent criminals lightly, want to help the LGBTQ community. These policies would tend to help men the most.

Good question. There are no great options. I often say I’m a man without a party.

In us, Trump and the right are just so awful I cannot in conscience ever vote for them.

Biden and Democrats are extremely anti-male but at least somewhat grounded in reality in most issues. I tend to want to make the left help men more.

I'm in the US but this applies to the UK as well. None of the major political parties are going to serve your interests. They are always going to support policies which negatively affect the majority of men (and women) so long as it lines the pockets of their rich masters, and will react violently to anyone trying to reform the system from within (see how the Labour elites treated Jeremy Corbyn or how the Democrats treated Bernie Sanders).

That's why I don't really vote anymore. Your best bet now is to form or find a vanguard party which is willing to toss the current system out and put a new one in its place.

The UK's biggest problem is the voting system. A party with a minority in popularity can have a vast majority in government. Anything is better than the tories right now, so vote strategically.

Voting honestly doesn't matter as much in the UK as pestering your MP and other officials. Coordinate with like minded persons if you can to do so.
