I guess I’m just confused. If they were dating 3 months, I’d say fine. But 2 years is a significant amount of time never to meet any of his family or friends. And was he coming to meet her or were they meeting in public or a hotel? It never occurred to her that she really knows nothing about him?

I mean... yeah. Normally I'm on team block and delete but his wife deserves to know. He's probably been telling her he's working weekends to save up for a vacation or something. And an unevolved part of me is here for the pettiness. Sure, OP could message the wife over social media but some couples are super open about their profiles and he could easily delete the message or impersonate his wife and claim they have an open marriage.

I feel for this woman. I dated a man for a year and he was secretly married.

I was at home every weekend, I had keys to his house, and I met some of his friends and coworkers. We went to work parties together. We were in love. I imagined my future with this man.

Then his wife returned from working overseas for a year. His lies quickly fell apart. He's now divorced with less than half his assets.

Sometimes scrotes are really good at lying. Never trust a man, never stop vetting. You never really know them.

She has my sympathy because he played her. I'm not one for revenge much, but you know what, I'm gonna let her have her moment. His whole church can see the sin he's done which will be mortifying for him, and his wife will see it with her own eyes. I hope the wife is also wise enough to leave him after finding out about the cheating too.

Okay just to clarify my previous comment. I'm not saying the kids and wife shouldn't know. I'm just saying that the wife explaining it to them and having the choice of how to explain it to them in a controlled environment could prevent alot of emotional scarring, vs op showing up could have numerous effects depending how everyone responds. Those kids shouldn't hafto suffer that because their dad is a jackass, so in this circumstance, I think op should find the wife and talk to her about it, but creating more damage to innocent people involved when it could be avoided might not be the best method...btw it's the next day, was there ever an update on this?
