So my wife (together 5, marriage 4) has been seeing a therapist for almost a year. I've accused them of having an affair and I was blamed and blackmailed. I let it go. We have my 8yo step daughter, and my 3yo and 1yo daughters. Out of nowhere, she had planned out a thing where she could tell them that I beat them (the kids) and could get separated. 2 days later, criminal charges. 2 days later, sheriffs took my guns. That was 3 weeks ago. So no contact at all. Today, they revised the domestic violence protection order to include sexual assault on the kids. I didn't do it! Any of it! What am I supposed to do? I'm suffering physically and emotionally. I'm ready to offer child support and weekly phone calls and walk away. I'm just so beat down by all this.

I have a lawyer. I'm thinking about doing CS and try to get electronic visitation, and come back in a year. Give her the house, take the dogs, motorcycle and tractor, and just walk away for now.
