I don't think that most MRA's are in support of the Supreme Court's decision. But whether the Supremes Court made that decision or not, did men ever get a say? No, just hypocrisy. Don't ask men to fight for you when you've been telling men for a solid decade that their opinions don't matter and their experiences are negligible.

Roe v Wade guaranteed women's reproductive rights for almost 50 years. During that time there has been effectively ZERO effort by any women to help men get reproductive rights. If I'm wrong and there was a concerted fight by liberals or Democrats to get men reproductive rights then I'll change my stance, but otherwise I don't want to fight for women to have a right that women were never willing to fight for men to have.

the whole issue of abortion rights needs to be re-examined because of factors such as medical advancements, the "industry" profiteering off a sensitive issue, the rights of all parties involved etc

it also means at state level that people need to get involved and take responsibility for the laws of where they live

I’m not thrilled about the repercussions, but the fact is Roe V Wade was on shaky constitutional grounds, so this recent SCOTUS decision was inevitable.

Protesting the SCOTUS decision won’t change the constitution. Pro-lifers would be more productive focusing their efforts on individual states rights.

I don't care if you support or are against abortion. This decision isn't about abortion, it's about rectifying an overreach of the judicial branch of the government.

Abortion is not a codified right in the constitution. Therefore, it is up to each state to decide. That's all there is to it.

You don't like it? Pursue a constitutional amendment to have it added.

Roe v Wade just said that the right to an abortion was tied to the 14th amendment, and then the judges laid out the rules of when an abortion is legal and when it's not. This is purely legislating from the bench. Congress had 50 years to pass actual laws to lay out the real rules for abortion, but decided not to. Rulings in the supreme court get reversed, it happens, and every law maker knows this. The decision by Congress to do nothing for 50 years should be the outrage here, not the supreme court doing what it's done in the past; it shouldn't have been a surprise from anyone. Legislating from the bench is wrong. And this ruling also did nothing to make abortion illegal, it just removed the rules laid out by the court and no longer says right to abortion is tied to the 14th amendment.

Could possibly be a win for men who would like to keep a pregnancy and offers to take full custody with no child supply from her, but she aborts it on him. Rare but it does happen.

Also when it became widely available in the 1970s there was widespread hope that it would help lower the number of single mothers. But instead the numbers went up and keep going up. There’s multiple causes behind that but consequences are not always obvious in these matters.

1) we know you hate us and oppose any rights for us but we'll slave for you and support you to get rights but not us

Praying about the downfall of feminists is childish and just adds more fuel to the fire, we should be trying to work together.

There should be no support from MRAs for the adherents of an ideology which promotes the murder of children and men.

Feminists as a group tend to be anti male yes but not every single feminist is out to spite us.

Feminism is a label which they CHOOSE to take. They have seen all the hateful things done in the name of feminism, and they still choose to adopt the label. To me, that represents an implicit support for those hateful acts.

This is not about MRAs or Feminists. It's about (1) whether the constitution grants the right of abortion; and more importantly (2) the rights of the child.

We live in such a fucked up world where nobody seems to remember that in an abortion, and innocent life is ended.

Overturning roe vs wade neither makes abortion legal or illegal, the simple fact if that legislating in this area was never a power granted the federal government by the constitution, so it reverts to a states rights issue as it always should have been.

I feel like you are implying we are against RvW out of spite. That's not the case. I'm against that ruling in specific because it was bad law. Privacy was such a bad take when there is the whole damn FDA telling doctors what they can do. The other problem as someone that believes in the right to life saying "what about men" reads as shitty as the people saying "what about women" to Depp's win. Flawed society might punish others for a human rights win. That does not detract from the win
