"Mansplaining" is just an insult. Like all hate speech. There's no logic behind it beyond "I hate men; this is a man; I'll insult them."

If someone gives you these tag, do more mansplaining. F3mini!sts want us to be in doubt, insecure always. That's their goal. So do more mansplaining. There is 99% chance, nowadays f3minis!ts call men misogeyny because, men have started talking about equal responsibility. Think about it, everything they do, they try to push self doubt into us.

Mansplaining as a concept is not reallt that bad if you look at it. Being competent and humble about it will almost never grant you the "mansplainer" title, but if you're explaining something and being a condescending ass about it, you deserve to be insulted aswell.

My problem is that it is a gendered term, insinuating only guys have the ability to do this, or that when they do it is somewhow different and unique.

Feelings > facts.

That's why logic is subservient to a woman's opinion. This means that even if you're right she will deny it to her dying breath (except in private with her girlfriends who are sworn to secrecy on pain of being excommunicated from the hive mind).

You can point out that a chicken lays eggs, and not the other way around. Facts. Logic.

But because she feels like the chicken is oppressed, that logic goes out the window and you're a misogynist because you had an opinion about a chicken (which, after all, is a female bird). How dare you have an opinion, and how double dare you explain things to me! ME! A FEMALE.

Mansplaining has a history for when it was coined. You can search it up. It was relevant for that specific event. But yes the majority of the time when people are explaining something it isn’t due to gender.

If you as a man are not going on an explaining spree because the person you are talking to presents feminine so you assume they don’t know much, then it’s not mansplaining.
