In most countries, you have to give consent for you to be used in photo's and art for non-private use. Check your local laws / specify your region of residence.

Besides talking to a lawyer/police about possible solutions, the suggestion xdzgor made about selling prints of her is worth a shot. After putting some up on ebay and making some ticketytok videos, have a mutual friend tell her about them and she is she contacts you about it. Maybe if you can't work out a deal you can at least make a few bucks off her image. Could have the proceeds go to a men's right charity too, that would probably annoy her even more.

If she's not amenable to discussing the issue with you, then seek legal advice. If you can't get any advice for free and absolutely cannot afford to pay for it, I guess you could try asking the police what you can do. I'm sure the police will probably just tell you to pound sand, but worth a few minutes of your time. Worst case scenario, you can always just smack talk her on social media and see how she likes it.

For the copyright side of things, you're probably screwed .as she owns the copyright to the work that she sold to you.

One hail mary on the copyright discussion: If you took the photos that you sent to her and she recreated them as paintings without much modification on the originally work, you may be able to have the prints removed due to infringement of your copyrights.

I'd suggest talking to a lawyer and looking for other avenues if you really want the works removed.

Honestly, doesn't seem illegal in the US. If she titles it your name or something like "OP in the bath with his bits" then maybe there's a case, but it'd probably be ruled as art or creative inspiration

There is a "revenge porn" law in most states of the us by now, so you should have a case if people can tell that it is you, but you really should discuss that with an attorney.

The law is pretty new and was introduced because women's nudes got hacked and put online a lot.

That's harsh enough social options may be available to you. You could talk to your former mutual friends about the evils of revenge porn. Keep proof of purchase from ebay.

But given the license women have to destroy men nowadays, it's safer not to. So I recommend prayer first and then move on.

You may report at the police, if they are not assholes they might do something about it, if they are assholes talk to a lawyer instead. You may have give consent to paint your body with your face for her entertainment and her own pleasure for her collection but certainly havent give your consent and blessings for her to sell it. Some people do this akt modelling tho.

I don't necessarily see what is so embarrassing about it, yes you probably could sue the living pants off of her, but it would be a difficult road. You did grant permission, after all, and were aware that paint is a semi permanent medium. You can't really claim you were under the impression she would be disposing them upon completion.
