I would learn to love myself 1st before starting dating. Spend time working on yourself mentally physically and spiritually before dipping your toe into the dating pool again. When you are happy being single then start dating. That is what i did after a traumatic divorce from a woman who had BPD.

Modern dating is an utter dumpster fire. Avoid all dating apps and only ever rely upon in person connections. The old ways were best for getting to know someone. Beware of the foodie call girls, $40 max limit on 1st dates ($0 is preferable). Always follow the Leykis 101:

Yup, you are just starting to reach your potential. Ive been going through a very nasty divorce and i have already met and dated 3 ladies. Im sticking with the 3rd. I have seen much more attention from women since my divoce than i ever did before it. I also makes six figures and when they see my handyman skills they tend to stick around. Spend time learning about female behavior so you don't repeat history. Start by reading the book "The Rational Male" by Rollo Tomassi to understand hypergamy.

You’ll be ok. Not sure of your situation but for me it was getting back into dating and gaining confidence. Once that happened, things have been good. A lot of single women are out there. They just don’t advertise it. I had many situations where it seemed we’re just socially talking but when I ask to go on a date, You see them look at you differently. It’s like “oh, you’re interested in me?”

What you and I will learn man is life hasn't even started yet. You're 30 and checking off all the boxes of what woman want, you only increase in value as you age as well. The game changes after a while, you'll be the hunted.
