Excellent! I'm in the process of getting custody myself. Got an emergency order after the Department of Child Safety checked out my ex's house and were like "nope." Basically they said "get emergency custody of your kids, or we will take custody and you'll just get placement." My ex is having none of it. Supervised a visit the other day and she spent the whole time trying to talk bad about me and manipulate our younger daughter. Recorded the whole thing. Reminded me of Monsters Inc, the part where Waternoose goes "I'LL KIDNAP A THOUSAND CHILDREN BEFORE I LET THIS COMPANY DIE!" not realizing that Mike was recording it the whole time.

Congrats man. I have custody of my daughter, even though the divorce is not finalized yet.

All day at work im looking forward for when I get back at home to be with my daughter.
