For those unfamiliar with the film, the protagonist as a guy trying to go 40 days without having sex/jerking off. His friend is running a betting ring to see how long he will be able to hold off. By the 40th day he has a permanent erection and handcuffs himself to his bed in order remove the temptation to jack it. His bitch ex-girlfriend puts a bet on that he will fail on the 40th day, and comes to his apartment, finds him handcuffed to the bed with an erection, and rapes him, causing him to fail his challenge.

Not only is it no treated as a rape, but our protagonist then has to apologise to his love interest for cheating on her??

I just found this a major double standard, the character has had his relationship and reputation damaged, he was forced to have sex with someone he despised when he as obviously unable to resist. Physical arousal and mental arousal are completely different things.

In fact, i cant think of a single more direct way that a female could rape a male. Does this prove that society does not believe women can rape?
