Someone's got to say it. I see so many single people just rolling with a doggo for companionship. I believe this is mostly a selfish endeavor for the human, and it's easy to see why...

-Dogs are loving 1000% of the time. It doesn't matter how awful you are you have that love, all the time. A lot of these people don't deserve this, but for only a couple hundred dollars anyone can have it.

-They can fulfill nearly every aspect of companionship, with the exceptions of communication and fucking. These are now very highly sought after traits in a mate, as they cannot (at least I hope are not) be provided by the mighty dog.

It shows that people are looking for the unconditional love that dogs provide. Knowing this, it's clear that human's aren't providing this with how many single dog owners there are. We are competing with near perfection in dogs. How the fuck are we going to raise the bar when they've already set it so high? We cannot. It's impossible. Our only options are to...

1)Be more like dogs, and less like shitty people. Step it up. More loving and less hurting.

2)Execute all dogs so that the bar for companionship is lowered.

I vote for the former, we're better than this.
