Speaking as a woman: never. There will never be a point of equality in the victim Olympics thst has been created. There is always be a group that needs to be given more to be equal.

And as a woman, I have to say I hate affirmative action. My work made a comment on international women's days about having more women hired then men and this is great for equality. I was like well thsts not equality and now I have no clue if I was hired because I was the best candidate for the position and I'm good at what I do, or because I'm a woman and you needed a woman to fill a role to see progressive.

When women are in complete control of society, and men are completely enslaved. The goal is not equality. Because if it was, it would be applied to helping men, who are currently more systemically disenfranchised.

When men have zero rights. I say this as despite it's beginnings, affirmative action has been transformed from a way to get black men who fought at war the same benefits as white men, to anyone but men,, keeping the obvious racial connotation on the floor. When graduating class of fire fighters rejects capable men for less capable women,by lowering the standards and choice selections it becomes a crusade to oppress one gender and not the other.

Going to sound a bit pessimistic here, but it needs to be said.
I live in a country where affirmative action was implemented to right the wrongs inflicted by the precious fascist government on a majority of our population.
Next year will be 30 years after our current government took power.
Affirmative action was supposed to last a decade, but reality is that not only is it still in effect, but it has become more strict and broadly encompassing.
Your future will contain more affirmative action and more vilification, not less.

Never, and it was never designed to end. It makes hundreds of millions a dollars per year in government grants and private donations for the multitude of various organizations with their hands out for their share or the wealth. They will never say mission accomplished. Then they would have to get real jobs.

When women who resonate with the feminist views feel like they have peace of mind apparently. It's not a fight for equality anymore, it's a fight to feel like every man isn't a threat. It's a fight to feel like they don't have to be insecure around men. It's a fight to feel like women occupy at least half of the top 1% so that they can feel like there are women representing them who have shown that they're capable of doing just as much as men. It's a fight to feel like the medical industry cares enough to at least try to have an understanding of the female body. It's a fight to feel like things mainly women use aren't more expensive than they should be. It's a fight to feel like they have comfy clothes that aren't revealing, but are still good looking and have big pockets. It's a fight almost purely based on feeling.

When will they feel like things are fair? Who knows. I honestly don't think they'll have peace of mind until men are just completely oppressed. It might not be because they want to oppress men, but if men are oppressed, that means they aren't much of a threat. Even if men are still a bit of a threat, since they're so oppressed, women will know society will guarantee their safety for the most part, so they have peace of mind in that. Also with women in control of most things, they'll feel like surely the people making decisions are actually looking out for them and aren't intentionally making things harder for them. Even if nothing changed after women took over leading positions in every market, they can't blame men for all of the issues that are around so they'll have peace of mind knowing that things are the way they are because there wasn't a particularly better option, not because those women at the top are against them.
