Some are, most aren’t.

Some have no idea about them supporting double standards. Some really seem to think straight white guys get promotions and CEO positions thrown at them on a daily basis. Few just really hate men and think that’s progressive. Most just live their lives just like you.

I’ve only met a true men-hating feminazi once irl. Several hundreds online. Do your math.

It depends on a lot of factors. For me personally, I have met tons of “casual” feminists that parrot talking points about the Patriarchy, Wage gap etc etc but they don’t hold a candle to the man haters on the internet in terms of vitriol. It is annoying to deal with the constant low key complaints, the casual misandry and put down of men but I also accept a lot of it is hand in hand with living in a city of any size. To answer your question though I would say that no, women irl are not nearly as toxic as the feminists on Reddit.

In my personal opinion, no, women as a whole are not toxic like the toxic feminists are. There are toxic women and toxic feminists just like there are toxic men and toxic MRA's. I would say that more and more women are waking up to feminism just hating on men.

When you say "facing women", are you talking about befriending them or getting to know them to date them?

For the distrust thing I would argue that you shouldn't just trust someone you just met. No matter what the gender is.

Always remember that people who do a lot of posting and commenting on reddit are disproportionately lacking in hobbies and social connections regardless of what you see in screenshotted tweets. Therefore you are very unlikely to meet these people in real life because they're too busy posting on reddit about how outside is dangerous and everyone hates them.

I’ve met some very lovely women to be around who have made me a lot happier in life. If you find yourself surrounded by toxic people, take time to reflect on what you may be putting out around you that is attracting them.

If I may give my two cents for this. I really try to avoid generalisation of things, sure sometimes do but it's a behaviour I'm still working on.

When it comes to feminism or any social movement, such, the MalesRightsMovement, Feminism or any other communities, you're always gonna have people who are toxic, that's just how it is. The issue is, these toxic ones have the loudest voice and hence paint everyone else in a bad picture.

Since the topic is feminism, I cannot say how much online media has fucked it up for me. I used to watch these redpill videos and see the behaviour of "feminists" that are so toxic and I used to think, so that's what it is and my behaviour to woman as a result was completely fucked. Till one day, I met a girl, she's still one of my closest mates. She's the textbook definition of feminism, she wants to empower women and also understand and help mens problems as well.

I don't think this was well versed per say. But TLDR: There's toxic people everywhere in any community, but there's always good people.

These feminist trolls are just hurt women. If anything, be empathetic and understand why they are the way they are.

Man-hate usually comes from a sense of betrayal. We as men are supposed to be strong so that a woman can relax into her femininity.

Most of these women have weak or non-existent relationships with their fathers, and have probably been used for their bodies.

It’s truly sad, but it’s up to us as men to be the change in the world we want to see.

It's in the same realm as any other kind of twitter/tumblr politics, it's traumagenic and very rare among people who have lives outside the internet; it will be hyperconcentrated in online spaces at a rate directly correlated with the relevance of the space you're in to mental health and inversely related to age and success.
