"Life stages" are about age and psychological development. You can divide them up differently if you want, but you're kinda on your own there.

Examples of milestones normal people consider:

Moving out of your parents' house
Graduating college
Your first adult job
The birth of your first child

I think you can approve of age gap relationships but also acknowledge that partners can be in different parts of their lives. I’m 24 and if I were with a man who is 40 there could be some conflict. He may want children and I may want to work a few more years and save up. The relationships can still work, but it could take more effort than conventional relationships.

Women aren't just walking ovaries anymore than men are walking ballsacks determined solely by what their sperm are doing. Humans are more complex than that.

Both men and women go through similar life stages and milestones in personal development, whether you "agree" with them or not.

These are based on psychological and social maturity.

Most women need to study to get a decent job, work to earn money, use money to pay rent/bills, mature socially and obtain wisdom by having adult interactions and experiences to gain an understanding of the world they live in.

Whether you think women need to do this or not, this is what is expected of an adult and is necessary if you want any level of self-governance over yourself or ability to successful navigate the world.

The vast majority of women can't just veg out and wait for someone to swoop in and utilize their wombs. We have families, friends and causes we want to support, thoughts, feelings and our own monsters and challenges to overcome. You know, because we're just other people.

You can divide people's lives into stages in an infinite number of ways, but ultimately those dividing lines are going to be arbitrary and fairly meaningless. They frame reality, which is different from being reality.

There is no objective way of characterizing life stages. You can use this one if you like, I guess, but no one else needs to adopt it just because you do.

Women live longer than men, so assuming a 'Prime' woman wants a healthy/ living partner for as much of her life/ her children's lives as possible she will choose someone + or - 5 years.

Life stages aren't just for women, they're about how long you have left/ what you want to do with that time, beyond just breeding a 'Prime' woman and widowing her. Women aren't incubators, they don't cease to matter once they're past childbearing age, they also have their own goals for their life including how they want to spend their retirement/ old age.

A man who expects to die before his wife hits old age (50 and 20) isn't in the same life stage as her as they don't have as much life left to live.

Correct by what standard? Creepy old man mode standards? Creepy old man who is trying to make up for his arrested development by ruining a young woman's rather than growing a pair and laying in the bed he made? Creepy old man who can't cut it with women his own age so he starts looking for a vulnerable and hurting young woman to prey upon and gets really annoyed when older women protect younger women?

Life stage human development isn't some zodiac made up by post wall women to cockblock old creepy fucks. It's very well understood social science, psychology and neuroscience. This is what allows us to diagnose development delays, mental disorders, and generally recognize what is and isn't healthy development.

And to be clear, chasing after barely legals is a sign of unhealthy development and failure to enter later life on the part of the man as much as it is a sign of unhealthy development by young women.

Everything you call irrelevant is relevant to anyone who is healthy and wants a loving relationship with an actual person. And if you don't want that, trust, us older broads are happy to try to chase you away from younger women. And, it seems we do a good job of it for the most part or men wouldn't be posting here all the time trying to get us to stand down.

They are relevant because they're based on what the woman wants, and as difficult as this may be for you, what the woman wants is her priority in life.
